The property is located just outside the town, De Aar, which makes it an excellent overnight option. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Availability of lunch and dinner would have been an asset which will eliminate a drive to town.

What a lovely location. On our very late arrival we were accommodated and found clean and fully serviced rooms for the 4 couples. Backed up by friendly service the following morning with a super Karoo breakfast - Karoo hospitality in abundance.

I love my sleep and i usually struggle to sleep when at a new place, but this was not the case here at Kampfontein Guest House. I slept immediately as I got to bed. Excellent bed! Firm and comfortable. The pillows are simply amazing. Very neat rooms. Truly enjoyed my stay here.

The place is nit too far from De Aar town. It was easy to book the place. The place is affordable. The stuff is friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Fridge and microwave available. Not easy to get to the reception once in the property, signs to show direction from gate would be nice.
