Unique- Still use actual keys rather than keycards.
Poor experience- Room felt like it should not have been rented out in its condition. Ceiling fan was missing the shroud for the bulb and was held together with duct tape. Bathroom wall had a hole in in about the size of someones foot. TV was about 20 inches wide (not a big deal but a budget 45 inch tv is $200, invest in your rooms) and the remote was missing when I checked in. Didn't bother mentioning it because I wasnt in the room often during my stay. Couch in the room had about 40 years of smoke and dirt caked on it. Shower walls still had several strands of long hair stuck from the previous guest.
It was a very budget room with a very budget experience. I will note that strangely enough the pool looked immaculate, however.

It's an old Florida hotel that has had some renovations. For the price, it's definitely a "you get what you pay for" deal and for just needing to sleep and shower, it's fine. I'd say most guys wouldn't mind staying there, but I'd doubt most women would like it due to being a bit run down. If they ever do a full remodel, it'll be a fun little place to stay.

We checked in and went to our room and went directly back downstairs and checked out asking for a refund. They refused. There was black mold in multiple places of the room. One bed was missing the sheets, the other had holes in the comforter. The oven was dirty, the burners were literally made out of aluminum foil. The refrigerator was missing but a small dorm sized one was in its place and filthy dirty. The walls were falling apart, the toilet seat was broken and taped together and also taped shut as if maybe the toilet shouldn’t be used? The sliding door did not have a lock and was wedged shut with a piece of wood. The door handle to the main door felt like a gentle pull would make it fall off the door.
The list goes on and on. We booked this room for $130. We ended up going to Hilton 6 miles away for $280. Price wasn’t a factor. ******* made this hotel look great at a great price. Nothing about this place is great.

Wasnt bad up to 11:30 until room 315 started having an fire alarm blare all night long.

The property is right in the beach, convenient location.
The was significant water damage to the ground floor rooms from a hurricane that we were not told about. Sheet rock blistered and peeling from walls and ceiling. Slider had been broken, it was fixed but initially could not be used. Metal surfaces of doors and windows were corotated by water damage.
They are working on repairs but full recovery may take a while. We paid a lot for a place with this much damage.

Well let me just say this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here and every single time I’ve been put in a room either unsafe or dirty or just not in habitable. However, they always put me in one of these rooms. This time the toilet overflowed into the kitchen at 1am and I made them give me another room until 4pm the next day because they wanted me to check out!! The time before that I was almost electrocuted and that’s not an exaggeration and the time before that bed bugs!!! Sooo I’d never tell anyone to stay there. They accommodated me only because I told them I wasn’t waking up and I needed sleep. They judge you and then put you in a room accordingly! I drive a minivan and I crappy one and that is what I get judged on! So horrible!

The pool was nice and new, pretty decent view of the ocean. The room appeared clean but furniture was old and chairs were dirty. We saw a roach on the night stand, when taking a shower scared to death the ceiling was gonna fall was a hugh section cracked and hanging
