No housekeeping for the 5 days we stayed. Water didn't get Hot enough in shower. Alot of Homeless people hanging around. Front staff was very rude when we checked in. Didn't abide by price on ******* App.

It was pet hair on the sheets the TV didn't work and no top blanket went to office they fixed every problem even moved us to another room cable ****** ****** ****** they need to upgrade on they cable provider

so where to begin ... 50.00 deposit that you dont get back, floors that when you walk on them after a shower your feet are black, or the homeless people sleeping on the stairwell , or was it that my key was deactivated daily ... this is the worst place i have ever stayed it should be shut down stay away from this place

Extra blankets were not provided. No Kleenex. Ran out of toilet paper. Floor and bathroom filthy. Very very noisy. Could smell patron smoking outside

This Hotel has to take care more the towels sheets and bathroom cleanness, bathroom wall and tub have mold, this is something no healthy for guesses.

Old hotel so 5 star experience not expected.
The bathroom had a rusted tub and the corner shelf of the shower has not been cleaned in months. Bed was very uncomfortable. While the outside LED lighting was great for security, it’s was so bright it bled around the curtains and gaps in the outside door, almost felt like you had lights on in the room.
In short, while old, it’s clear that upkeep is not a priority.
