Palm Wings Kusadasi Beach Resort&Spa

Visited Palm Wings Beach Resort for a week in October 2023 with my partner. Out of season, however we still had an enjoyable experience. Hotel itself was lovely, clean and well maintained. In short - main reason for 3/5 is mainly due to the extremely poor and disappointing entertainment & animation team, and the somewhat mediocre food served. Room: We had a regular room was always cleaned every day by the cleaners, who always said hello every morning. We was very lucky to have a stunning sea-view where we watched the sun set most nights. HOWEVER - Our door looked to have been kicked in previously and fixed on the cheap - this concerned us a little but still locked. Staff: The staff at the hotel were mostly extremely friendly and helpful - however some were notably miserable and few bar staff were rude at times. I heard a few couples complain about them during our stay. Hotel: The hotel was lovely and clean and the green areas were watered daily. Pool area was nice however blasted loud music during most of the day - which was okay however repeated the same music. The hotel had a kids area and slides, which looked quite good. Food & drinks: Food was a bit hit & miss. I did enjoy a lot of the food however I did notice that some nights the chicken was quite pink - my partner didn’t want to eat some meats as she was pregnant at the time of travel & didn’t want to take any risks. The grill was nice most nights however did not even see it until 5 days in as it was very tucked away from the rest of the food buffet. Deserts were very nice & baklava was so gorgeous! Drinks were ok - but cocktails were watered down, but that’s to be expected. ‘Entertainment’: The entertainment was honestly abysmal and is the main reason for 3/5. Don’t get me wrong, for a few nights we had really good entertainment - especially the African dancers and Turkish night. However to say a RAFFLE is entertainment for one night is a joke. This happened twice and these raffle tickets are sold at 10 euro for 2. For the prises too, this is a rip off. Since the raffle ‘entertainment’ we skipped watching it half-way through the holiday and instead played in the games room - which was very good! The entertainment team was also quite rubbish. I understand that it was close to closing period (Nov-Jan I think), they did not seem bothered and put 0 effort into encouraging people to get involved! ALSO - NO DAYTIME ENTERTAINMENT APART FROM DARTS! On the TUI website, we was told water sports - netball, water aerobics etc but none of this happened. Was very disappointed with this and left us with a ‘nothing to do’ feeling in the evenings after food. OVERALL - We did not regret this holiday as we did enjoy it, however we’re left disappointed by the entertainment & average food.

We spent a fortnight in this hotel recently. We really enjoyed our time in this excellent hotel. It is spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard by Selcan. Food is really good - fresh and well presented. It has its own beach with plenty of beds. Staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. A minor criticism, we found the music poolside to be way too loud. Across the road from the hotel is Adonis Travel. Tours can be arranged here at competitive prices. The proprietor Erhan arranged for us to visit Ephesus. It was a great experience with a knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide, Adam. There is an ATM there, as well as a fantastic Turkish Barber and a hairdresser. Also not far from the hotel is a Bazaar - well worth a visit. All and all a great experience.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in June 2024. The hotel is spotless and the food is excellent. All the staff are very friendly and can not do enough to help. The animation team are fantastic with all the guests. Ramo, Mario and the DJ are fantastic at making sure everyone is involved and having a great time. They are always smiling and full of energy. The girls from the team are fantastic with the kids and always make sure they are having fun. Even though it is incredibly hot they never stop from morning till midnight. Well done animation team you have made our holiday, see you later in the year

Beautiful place with lovely staff, clean, great food, lovely beach with a lot of sunbed and umbrellas. Surround a hotel not much to do but there is a good transport to Kusadasi. Not far away to Ephesus , wonderful historic place

Excellent stay in this hotel we had a swim up room , was lovely and quiet , rooms were kept clean and tidy our housekeeper sevdiye was lovely and helpful kept our room spotless , bar staff and waiter/waitresses were lovely too . Definitely recommend the photo shop we got some beautiful pics done in an album on the beach and in the grounds , food was good enjoyed the Turkish night especially, entertainment well it could of been better but the kids seem to enjoy it . Will definitely be back

Enjoyed a wonderful 11 days holiday with husband from 17th May 24 and met up with friends . This was mine and husband’s first holiday in Turkey. We stayed in a swim up pool room. Plenty of space in room and nice patio area in front of pool with sunbeds and chairs. Rooms were cleaned daily including floors washed and patios cleaned. Minibar restocked daily with water and soft drinks. Kettle in room for tea and coffee. If you are a tea drinker I would maybe suggest taking own mugs as cups/ mugs at hotel were very small in my opinion as I love a big mug of tea. Food in the buffets was lovely. The different options are very spread out so I would suggest a good look round before making any selections. House wine ( white) was drinkable. We ate at the Fish a la carte and Italian a la carte during our stay and enjoyed both. Better wine available too. We spent our days on the beach which is lovely. The hotel doesn’t advertise enough how good the beach area is. Approximately 200 padded sunbeds, mostly with shade free to use and the sand is soft and golden. Few stones as you enter water but water shoes work brilliantly. The bar is as close to beach as it is to far side of pool so no hardship to get drinks while on beach. If you enjoy walking or cycling there is a beautiful stretch of pedestrian path and a cycle path next to it stretching approximately 25kms along beach front. I managed to get long walks in the morning done to try and burn off some of the calories. We spent most evenings on the Terrace bar, gorgeous views watching the sun go down. Waiters were very good ( particularly Bertug who was a star) making sure we had drinks when needed. For the price we paid for holiday our expectations were exceeded. My only minor complaints was very limited cocktail menu and no sparkling wine available. Definitely would consider coming back at some point in the future.

We stayed for 11 nights and were really impressed with how clean the whole resort is. This is an ideal family hotel and also very disabled friendly with wheelchair access everywhere including the beach. We used the spa and had a lovely massage each and also Turkish Hammam. Chips served from breakfast for every meal! Beach is lovely, lots of shade. Rooms lovely but no drawers? also bathroom towels very small and thin. Staff are lovely and speak good English. A La Carte restaurants are really nice, and the staff make it special so don't forget to leave a tip for them. Unfortunately, you can only visit these once per week and they do not allow you to pay for extra visits which is a shame as in other hotels we have paid a nominal fee for extra visits. We went to the Bazaar, which is 5/10 min walk from hotel, come out front of hotel turn left at fork go right and it is on the left just on a corner, this sells bags shoes clothes souvenirs etc. If you need a cashpoint, come out front of hotel, go right and just up the road you will see a supermarket A101 which has a cashpoint that we got Euros from. We found everywhere wanted cash and they seemed to prefer Euros. Happy to answer any questions.

I recently stayed at Palm Wings Kusadasi and had a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for families with children. The animators were exceptional, keeping everyone entertained with a variety of activities and shows. The food was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. I highly recommend Palm Wings Kusadasi for a memorable family vacation.

1st time flying into Izmer staying at the Palm Beach resort and spa. The hotel was spotlessly clean the staff were excellent and the food was great. A special shout out to Stirling and Romeo from the animation team they always had time for a chat and worked hard to make our stay memorable. Also a mention for Mustafa the executive chef and Ali the manager, you went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. All the staff work at making your stay most enjoyable.
