Was not able to check in and had to scramble to find other accommodations at last minute. Here is the message from property:
Thank you for booking room, unfortunately there must be some confusion, the room is already booked and occupied. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Horrible. They canceled our reservation for two room at arrival. This was for my daughters college graduation. There was no notice. I called when we arrived because no one was on site. That’s when I found out they wouldn’t be honoring my reservations. With no back up plan in a small college town on graduation weekend. ******* also was of No help. My reservation never officially was canceled, by the property or ******* when I called for help on a resolution. Now I have to work on reimbursement for the reservation of 2 rooms and paid last minute rates on a busy weekend. I booked months in advance only to have to find last minute accommodations on my own.
