The lady working at the front desk needs to really improve on her customer service skills.
No complaints about the room itself ( when we finally got one)
Airport shuttle/drivers were good.

From Checkin to checkout the experience was great. I received a warm and friendly welcome and the breakfast staff Hasina, was absolutely amazing. Hasina made sure that all was well during breakfast. She was so friendly. Overall the experience was good. I went to another location after this hotel and it was not comparable. I think this location set the bar higher so I was looking for the same customer service but didn't get it.

We arrived after 10 pm and waited 35min at the airport for the shuttle to show up although we were told that it would only take 20min maximum. Other than that everything was perfect. The checkin was fast and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices. All in all a great pre-cruise stay with kids.

This property just keeps getting better & better every time we stay here. The renovations are going nicely and have really improved the hotel. Hacina at breakfast is just lovely,..truly a wonderful employee. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Ft. Lauderdale area looking for a clean comfortable place to stay.
