I booked Cesar’s Place well in advance of my arrival and informed the manager the day before of my arrival time however I received no reply. On arrival I showed my paid for Agoda booking reservation and they looked at me as if I was from another planet. There was no record of it however the lady in charge that day did find me a room at another hotel close by, took me there and because I had paid Cesar’s for the room, she paid for my stay. There was very little accommodation available at the time and it was very good of her to find a solution. I was also disappointed that I couldn’t contact Agoda and I’m a little hesitant to use Agoda again.
