Hotel sapphire location is very good, too many food options and super market near to the hotel at walking distance. In the hotel room service is good, I found breakfast very delicious. Also services provided in the hotel is good. Also they offer one side pick up and drop of to the airport.

Located in the city center and close to most offices. Very clean. Staff were nice and helpful and did not make any fuss about request for a late checkout. Highly recommended

Close to the ferry and beaches, lots of shops market and restaurants close by. Really friendly staff and breakfast was varied and plentiful. Rooms clean and affordable rates. Central and easy to find with taxis and tuk tuk at hand. Dar el aslam is great for a few days if you are wanting to go to a safari or zanzibar. This was not a beech hotel, but as we were travelling through Tanzania, it was perfect. Thank you to all
