At check in there was only one towel for double occupancy
We had to approach counter for added towel
Not sure if its hotels’ standard for not providing bath mats and handtowels as they were also not available
Heavy conversations ( not able to identify if they were guests or staff) nightly at the hotel driveway till past midnight . We sleep with the window open as such it became a noisy disturbance because our room was on level 3
On the second day we returned to the hotel at 10.30 pm and our room was not made up.
The sign ‘you may come in’ was still left on the door
We had to approach the counter to inform that room was not done and asked for replacement towels
Towels were immediately handed over but no explanation nor apology extended
