Not a good hotel at all. Please don't get duped with the pictures that they upload on website. These are 3D pictures rooms are not good. Swimming pool is never cleaned. Water is dirty they don't put chlorine. Hot water does not come from tap or shower in the bathroom. When asked they said hot water is available between 7 to 11 morning and evening but we did not get it. The guy with specs at reception is not bothered at all we complaint him 3 to 4 times but he did not act on it. He is more worried about full payment at the time of check-in as they take 50% advance. I specifically told them at the time of booking that I would need extra bed for my child and they said they will provide. To my surprise they put mattress on floor and when I complaint they got some dirty sofa cum bed which was .25 ft level from ground and then on that they covered it with bed sheet on it. A standard hotel would have foldable / movable sofa cum bed with mattress which is atleast 2 to 3 ft level from ground. Breakfast menu is limited only 3 to 4 items. I asked them if I don't want complimentary breakfast so that room tariff can be reduced, they said its compulsory and included in package. I would not recommend this hotel for couples or family. Humble staff, Decent food, Worn out rooms, Superb location,located right in the center of da***, everything is literally walking distance from here. This Hotel would have been a superb hotel 5years ago. Thoda kharcha karo lo bhai. Acchi jagah hai

poor staff, bad food and unhygenic rooms. 1.5k rooms sold at 7k. never visit this place. they could not even provide hot water for shower. swimming pool was stinking and had tadpoles and beer caps floating around. sharing pic of the arrogant ***ager as well. his name is govind.

Don't go by the pictures uploaded, not worth it, and the rooms are not maintained. You will be able to see corner-cutting everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was not served fully as it should be. The bedsheet and pillows are like Dharamshala. Worst maintained property. No proper facility is provided and they don't bother about your feedback.

It is old, unmaintained, run down property. It is located on main road of Nani da***. Rooms are very small. When we arrived the rooms offered to us had bad odor of drainage. Even the changed room had mild odor. The bedsheet had wholes. The towels were old and greyed in colour. Air-conditioner in our room was not cooling the room even when set to 17-18 degrees C. The housekeeping person could not fix it. Finally, since we had to only spend a night and there was no other room available we had to bear with it and just run fan. We couldn't even open windows as area had lot of mosquitos. When asked if we can get partial refund for non-working ac, the reception person rudely refused. In the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. When checked with reception we were told to let go a little water. However, even after wasting five buckets, the water in the tap was still tepid. There was free wifi, but it was not connected to internet. Only good experience was the food at the restaurant was acceptably good and staff in the restaurant was very courteous. Rest it was sad experience.

Though the location is on a good place ,the servises found poor,the entire prenises needs to be cleaned up and maintained.The pool area should be renovated.The water in pool to be changed daily ,the water should be clean and tranperant.The remote of AC and TV not working.The full items of toiletaries not provided .The blnaket/Rajai were not of good condition,the cotton inside the Rajai were not in a even position.The standard of star 3 can not be given ,in view of ***y short comings.
