처음 들어보고 처음 묶어보는 호텔입니다 근데 알고 보니 하얏트에서 지은 호텔이더라구요

The staff and restaurant/lounge are fantastic. The rooms felt more worn than I would expect for the price and the automated heating/cooling wasn't working properly so my room was freezing all night. It would have been great to have it automatically turn on when I checked in.

This hotel is amazing!! From the rooms all the way to the service. I am already planning my next stay there. Cannot recommend it enough.

Awesome stay! My fiance & I had a staycation for the night & utilized their amazing restaurants in the same building.

Staff was great. Main complaint is how uncomfortable the beds were. Hard as a rock. Half of the pillows were feathered down comfy pillows while half seemed like they were falling apart where the cotton pieces were chunky and flat. For a 5 star hotel we expected the comfort level to be a little higher.

Hotel was beautiful. Clean and staff was professional and friendly. The thermostat didn’t seem to be working well, so we were hot a lot of the night but overall it’s a great place to stay.

For the price I would expect front line staff to be friendlier and more helpful. Front desk staff seemed unhappy with their job and irritated.
Valet was very friendly
Rooms are basic, bed comfortable
This was our only experience with unfriendly people in all of Texas. We LOVED Ft. worth’s people immensely and will stay in that area next time we visit!

The pool was great. The restaurants were top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Use of the house car was such an added treat. The only negative was that the breakfast room service started too late as well as coffee service for a downtown hotel in a big city. I would definitely stay at the Thompson again.
