Luxury Downtown Dallas Stay by Amyfinehouse

Very odd entrance. Unpleasant smell throughout the accommodation floors. Very good sized apartment style rooms. It didn’t feel like a very safe area with a high number of homeless people surrounding the building. Great area for meeting rooms, gym, cinema on the first floor. I probably won’t come back

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! Great team. I was worried because it was a great deal and pics looked so good. It lived up to the reviews and pics.

the apartment was very nice and comfortable, spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. But the area around it, did not feel too safe. The vale parking was far if you have suitcases and bags to carry. The gym facilities were pretty pretty bad.

This property is nice on the inside when you finally get inside. The valet is on the back side where you have to walk all around the building to get to the front. You are greeted with dozens of homeless people and we felt completely unsafe. No valet cards for luggage that you haul up stairs to get to the elevator and the entire building smelled like chemicals, moth balls and cigarette smoke. We have still not received our $200 deposit that they required and we left the place spotless. Would not recommend due to the location alone.

Apartment was super cute but the surrounding area was a little sketchy. Limited parking for guests.

We rented a beautiful 2BR 2BA unit located on the 4th floor - very modern industrial. Tons of space - over 1300sf, walk-in closets, large kitchen and living room. It had full sized appliances including a D/W and W/D. The washer was extremely loud but everything worked. The owner provided ample toiletries and supplies like trash bags, detergent, paper towels, etc. The team was very responsive via phone and text. The checkin/out and valet instructions were thorough. We didn’t see anyone use any of the amenities except the gym i.e, the movie/art/music/game rooms. They were all well equipped spaces but devoid of people. Someone who lived there said the building was definitely more AirBnB guests than residents which explained a lot. Also we came in December to see a Tuesday night basketball game so the city wasn’t too busy with tourists. Some people complained of noise in reviews but we couldn’t hear anything beside, below or above us. The best thing about the space was the bedding and pillows - clean, fluffy, soft and cozy. Some people mentioned safety in their reviews due to the highly visible unsheltered population in the downtown area. We didn’t have any issues but there were several tents nearby and people camped out on the sidewalks on the same block as the apartment building. I read the organization Feeding the Forgotten hosted an event to provide sleeping bags and feed those in need the day before we arrived so that could be why there were more homeless present.

The property was very spacious and clean. I love that there was a valet parking for our car. I will definitely stay at this property again

The place was comfortable and really pretty and clean. Please note that the 2nd bedroom is actually a queen sized bed separated from the living room by curtains. It didn’t bother us but it wasn’t clear in the room description (unless I missed it). The apartment was clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The view from our apartment was amazing. It’s in the heart of Downtown and there were a lot of things to do that were walking distance. The only sad thing is there is a big homeless population in the area.

Staying in this apartment was better than a hotel and self check in was easy
