We had a great one night stay! The front desk was very helpful with providing information. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The evening happy hour and breakfast were also great! We will definitely stay there again.

Our first room must have had a water leak because the carpet was damp and there was a musty smell. We were able to easily switch rooms and had no problems with the second one. The pool is great, but the water was cold (even my kids complained about the temp, and they are little polar bears), so we didn't swim long. Overall, it was a great stay in Dallas :)

No problem at check-in but one of the four elevators was out of service. Suite was adequate and bathroom clean.
Food court was tidy with a good selection for breakfast.

The property was not clean, the heater did not work the last night and I had to go down to the front desk to get a portal heater, and there was poop left on the toilet from the previous guest.

The hotel itself is in need of renovation, we stayed on the 7th floor and it looked, and smelled old. The room was clean and the lobby was very nice. The staff from check in, the bar and breakfast was very nice and made our family feel comfortable. Thank you all!

The room had some rust on the door frames, both the sinks handles fell off. Toilet didn’t flush everytime. Pool was 40 degrees

After being moved to the third room finally had a safe that worked. Fan for heater made a noise when it came on. Shower would only get warm. Happy hour and breakfast was not up to the standard at other Embassy Suites.

Great location, nice and clean lobby, great breakfast and very friendly staff, BUT: unfortunately, all this fades away once you take a look at the rooms. Outdated, super old, gross looking furniture and carpet. Patched up walls and popcorn ceiling, cracked sinks, stained toilet. Mattresses so used up that you fall into the middle when you lay down. Something sharp poking you through the chair cushions. Stained bedding, especially on the pull out sofa. Coffeemaker and coffee pods in the room but no creamer or sugar. Big water dispenser downstairs that doesn't get refilled when empty, even after asking.
