สุดท้ายเราก็ไปไม่ได้ สามีติดโควิดและเป็นไข้ เลยตัดสินใจไม่เดินทาง ด้วยความประหม่าฉันลืมยกเลิกการจอง มันเป็นสิ่งที่เราดูเหมือนจะทำเพื่อ แต่มันก็ไม่ได้เป็นเช่นนั้น

設施：不錯 衞生：很滿意 環境：吃飯，超市方便 服務：好👌

El hotel está en pleno centro y aún así desde la sétima planta que nos tocó teníamos unas vistas a un patio paredes y poco más , la habitación algo pequeña, la cama también ,el baño era grande tado se veía nuevo , el hotel dispone de garajes si los quieres aprovechar tienes que pagar 9€ la noche si pillas la oferta

โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่ ทำเลดี มีพนักงานต้อนรับที่เป็นมิตร ห้องพักกว้างขวางพร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและน้ำดื่มฟรี ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางของTorrejón โดยมีแท็กซี่อยู่ห่างออกไปโดยใช้เวลาเดินเพียงไม่กี่นาที ราคาค่อนข้างเพียงพอสำหรับสิ่งที่มีให้

โรงแรมในทำเลที่ดีที่สุด เราเคยไปสวนสนุกคริสต์มาสที่มีมนต์ขลัง และมันก็ไม่มีอะไรดีไปกว่านี้แล้ว นอกจากนี้เรายังได้ไปเยือนกรุงมาดริดด้วย และรถไฟโดยสารจะออกจากคุณที่ประตูถัดไป ห้องพักที่ถูกที่สุด พนักงานต้อนรับ 10 และบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าที่ดีมากและครบถ้วน ฉันจะทำซ้ำและแนะนำให้กับทุกคนอย่างแน่นอน Torrejónเป็นเมืองที่สมบูรณ์มาก

พัก 2 คืนในทัวร์กลุ่ม มีห้องใหญ่ดี แต่ตู้เย็นใช้งานไม่ได้ สว่างในเวลากลางวัน แต่แสงสว่างไม่เพียงพอเมื่อมืด อาหารก็ดีพร้อมไวน์หนึ่งขวดฟรีต่อโต๊ะ ยุ่งมาก แต่พนักงานช่วยเหลือดี มีร้านค้ามากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง อยู่ไม่ไกลจากใจกลางกรุงมาดริด (โดยขับรถ)

ไม่ประทับใจเลย. โรงแรมแห่งนี้มีวันที่ดีขึ้นและจำเป็นต้องได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ทั้งหมด ฉันเปิดลิ้นชักข้างเตียงและด้านหน้าก็หลุดออกมา มีรอยเปื้อนบนผ้าปูที่นอนของฉัน ที่นั่งบริเวณทานอาหารเหนื่อยและอึดอัดมาก ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่ แต่มีแสงสว่างไม่เพียงพอและเย็น ฉันจึงเปิดเครื่องทำความร้อนและใช้เวลาทั้งคืนในการอุ่นเครื่อง สุดท้ายไปกินเบียร์ นั่งบนเก้าอี้ แขนก็หลุด!!

Reception staff: Before getting to the hotel we needed to speak to get some advice re are booking and we were met with quite a rude lady on the reception phone. It nearly put us off booking at this point. The male reception staff, cleaning staff and bar staff were lovely. Just one not so kind person. Rooms: No frills. This is not a 4 star hotel. No tea / coffee or drink facilities. No filled mini-bar. The toiletries were cheap and not very appealing. There was no shampoo etc....there was a push shower gel dispenser in the bath. The water was hot and bathroom clean however. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a good night sleep as we were high up but the window had to be closed as the noise from the road was significant. In terms of the television - missing lots of channels, old and not really in keeping with 4 star status. I don't want to create a wasteful society but they really do need an upgrade. Wifi excellent but nothing modern like a USB charger or anything remotely helpful to the international traveller. All in all, I would not be in a rush to go back here. It was very average and certainly NOT somewhere I would recommend to friends of family and I guess that is the sign of a decent hotel.

The hotel is basic but adequate for a short stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. I didn't try the restaurant but it appeared to be again quite basic. Breakfast was very limited in variety and choice but reasonable. The area isn't great with few places to eat in the evening. The biggest issue for me was that just outside the front of the building is a pedestrian crossing which bleeps pretty much continually all day long. The air conditioning had been turned off for the season despite temperatures exceeding 25°C, which meant that I had to have the window open. The bleeping from the crossing drove me insane!! I know this is beyond the hotel's control, but just be aware of it.
