Very loud music at night, we asked the staff, they say there is a disco right next door, which has a party every Saturday, but only on Saturdays. If you choose this day, bring earplugs. You do not hear neighbors or other guests in the hotel. You order breakfast on a card and are served one dish and one drink (either coffee or pineapple juice). If you want more or something else, it costs extra. We think the breakfast is very basic. The shower is not very hot and the shower head holder could use a replacement, the shower falls down. The room is spacious and generally clean. Nice there is a closet and a table. The bed is comfortable, the linen clean, but old stains on the sheets and holes patched up. There is free drinking water to fill up at the reception, you are given one 1/2 liter drinking bottle per room. Bring your own if necessary. The water dispenser could use a thorough cleaning, doesn't look that appetizing. The staff are nice, friendly, smiling. The garden is nice and well maintained. Located 5 minutes walk from Bounty beach, which the hotel actually advises not to use because there is a lot of boat traffic and the risk of not being seen when swimming. Instead, they recommend the north beach, approx. 30 min walk or a ride on a scooter. We spent a few afternoons at Bounty Beach, it was okay, there are shady places and you can swim at the beach, just be aware of the boats. We walked to the north beach, but did not like it because of trash on the beach and too windy, but a nice walk up there.

I would really recommend staying here. It is behind the main area of Malapascua and so it is lovely and quiet and the grounds are beautiful. We went for a Super Deluxe room that was cleaned daily with new towels. The breakfast was excellent each morning with great coffee. The owners and staff are super accommodating. We are staying for a week and love everything about this accommodation and the island.
