This hotel is like many in Vietnam, that feature in the budget end of the market. The rooms were clean, and anything that was not quite right, the staff immediately put right. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond. We didn’t get opportunity to use the pool as the weather was poor during our stay. Breakfast was basic but did the job.

We stayed in December, upon arrival the staff informed us that the restaurant would not be open for lunch or dinner as there were not enough guests staying. Also the rooftop bar and eating area was closed due to maintenance and had concrete bags, and dusty, worn furniture. Another big disappointment was the buffet breakfast which was extremely minimal, both in quantity and variety. Our room was not cleaned for three days. Communication with the staff was very difficult, and while they tried to be helpful, it made our stay more difficult (e.g we asked for an extra blanket for our daughter and were told to wait until the morning). Multiple guests were having problems with their room key cards not working, the safe needed batteries and we needed to ask them to replace the kettle which was not working. The mattresses were extremely firm. Overall it was a frustrating stay and not the relaxing holiday we had intended, so we checked out early.

Friendly staff who tried but very limited english meant that they couldn't help with bookings or travel advice. Extremely hard mattress. I had to use pillows under the mattress topper. The restaurant advertised was just breakfast, which itself was basic. There was no lunch or dinner available. The rooftop bar was closed and while the pool was open, it did not look like anyone used it. No tennis court as mentioned in amenities. Shower water flowed directly onto the floor as there was a gap between the wall and the bath. We left early and found a last minute cheap booking around the corner.

Tôi rất thích cái bầu không khí lãng mạn tại khách sạn Dylan Hotel Danang. Tôi đã đến khách sạn này từ khoảng một năm về truớc. Và sau khi tôi mới quay lại gần đây thì mọi thứ còn tốt hơn trước. Từ đồ ăn, cho đến dịch vụ, rồi đến nhân viên khách sạn. Tất cả đều thật tuyệt vời. Không một vết xước!

Pessimo in ogni aspetto. All'arrivo non c'era nessuno in reception, idem la sera al rientro in hotel alle 23 c'era un tizio che dormiva comodamente nella hall e ho dovuto svegliarlo per ricevere assistenza. Il corridoio con la moquette puzza di muffa, la stanza era sporca con i peli nel bagno. Le lenzuola per fortuna erano pulite ma le coperte macchiate di non so cosa. Abbiamo dovuto spegnere l'aria condizionata per il rumore assordante e nonostante questo non abbiamo dormito per il rumore di qualcosa in bagno (forse una sorta di aspiratore) e i rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze. La colazione a buffet scarsa, pane stantio, pochissima scelta. La piscina sul tetto è in buone condizioni almeno questo. Davvero sconsigliato.

Partendo dall’accoglienza avevamo capito che non era uno dei migliori hotel del Vietnam, nel nostro viaggio abbiamo soggiornato in più strutture e questa è stata la peggiore. Letti durissimi, bagno sporco con peli e capelli in giro per il pavimento, di notte abbiamo dovuto spegnere il climatizzatore perché faceva un rumore insopportabile. Nei corridoi del hotel forte odore di muffa. Colazione improponibile. Per fortuna siamo stati una sola notte.
