Hotel is extremely clean, staff very polite & friendly, excellent food .
Chef Shakti took special care of our diet and requirement

Our Anniversary Celebration was a perfect one all because of the warmest service we were provided with. The room decor was quite pretty and had a delightful cake alongside. The food was super delicious especially the salad that we specifically requested for. And it was absolutely lovely to have a complementary poolside dinner with utmost privacy. In all, our experience was very pleasant, just the way we'd hoped for it to be and we thank all who took really good care of us and made sure we have a wonderful time❤️✨

One of the best hotels I've lived at in terms of hospitality, quality of food and service. I have had prolonged stays here and love the staff members - a very courteous bunch. To name a few - Arif, Gateshead Chef, Harsh, Polomi, the laundry person, Sachin ji, migjtve missed a couple of more people!

My recent trip to BBSR was very good because of the hotel. Its location was great which help me to manage my work very efficiently. The hotel is awesome, rooms and amenities, the food is great, the staffs are friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience.

Excellent experience. Everything is fine. Specially the warm welcome and assistance by the front desk staff namely Vedika, Rashmita, Isha and Sangita. All these guys are very good helping and friendly. Good food and the kitchen staff also taken good care of our food including Sumit and Jakir Hussain. Thank you all.

I have traveled across the globe and have stayed in the best of the hotels however I must stay Trident Bhubaneswar is the best among all the hotels I have stayed in so far. The staff is extremely courteous and very helpful. I was in India for a business trip and I stayed here. The stay was super smooth and stress free. Thankyou to all the staff members specially Mr Harsh (Front Office ) & Mr Rahul (House Keeping).

I had the most amazing stay, home away from home experience, no body can beat the hospitality of Oberoi and Trident, team members will treat you like family always, they greet you with extreme warmth and politeness and will keep all the requests on top priority, thanks to reception staff for swift check in and check out
