This place has so much potential - the location is perfect for day trips to Erice, the coast and vineyards, and the views are unbeatable.
Unfortunately the rooms are tired, the air conditioning not very good, the owner disinterested in guests, and despite being nearly empty they still charge extra for a room with a view! Breakfast was not good value, and despite advertising being a pizzeria, the restaurant didn’t serve pizzas the night we were there.

Fine settimana in pieno relax con Moglie e Cane 🐕 in un posto meraviglioso, immerso nel verde che ha rispettato la natura e con un giardino curatissimo. Ha superato le nostre aspettative, le camere molto minimal, ma sotto nostra richiesta è con un piccolo supplemento con vista mare commuovente, la pulizia regna sovrana, per non parlare dell’ospitalità del personale tutto, dalla reception al ristorante. La sig.ra Catia, la prima che ci ha accolto alla reception, persona stupenda, simpaticissima e molto alla mano, non con la puzzetta sotto al naso come in tanti hotel, ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra e per non parlare dei consigli che ci ha dato sui posti da visitare e le specialità culinarie da gustare, molto preparata. Vi consigliamo di provarlo.

Che dire posto meraviglioso con una vista spettacolare camera pulita ristorante con ottimi piatti personale Top. Un grazie particolare a Katy per la sua professionalità e gentilezza che ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo

Hôtel bien placé et facile d'accès. Parking gratuit. Cadre très agréable. Joli jardin et belle piscine ouverte jusqu'à fin septembre. Chambre en rez-de-chaussée simple mais propre. Cependant , salle de bain vieillotte et douche très étroite. Très bon accueil. Le personnel est très sympathique et très serviable. Salle de restaurant agréable. Repas correct Bon petit déjeuner.

Sono appena rientrata da una vacanza di 5 giorni con mio marito e mio figlio al Baglio Santa Croce. Oltre ad essere un ottimo "punto nevralgico" per raggiungere più o meno nell'arco di mezz'ora mete turistiche come Erice, l'imbarcadero storico per l'isola di Mozia e la bellissima spiaggia di San Vito Lo Capo, il Baglio Santa Croce è un'oasi di pace e serenità dove si respira un'a**osfera accogliente e familiare. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti: in particolare ricorderò la precisione del signor Matteo, alla reception, nel dare le indicazioni per raggiungere i luoghi circostanti, tra il personale che serve ai tavoli la garbatezza del signor Rocco e la grande professionalità del signor Nino, uno dei proprietari. Nell'attraversare le varie zone della parte antica del baglio sembra di ritrovarsi all'interno di una piccola Erice che dà su un grande e bellissimo giardino curato sin nei minimi dettagli. Ottima anche la qualità del cibo (pizza inclusa) da gustare mentre, dalle vetrate del ristorante, ci si può godere un panorama mozzafiato. Un luogo da non perdere. Noi ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore.

Het eten was droog en smakeloos. De bediening had geen idee wat zij serveerde. De kamers zijn ok, maar voorkom je bezoek aan het restaurant. Het zwembad wordt gekenmerkt door badlakens op stoelen die niet bezet zijn. Vreselijk ordinair. De kamer is krap bemeten en de koelkast is hooguit koe. De WiFi is matig.

L'hôtel a une superbe vue, l'emplacement est pratique. Les chambres sont pas très grandes les salle de bain aussi mais pour ce que l'on y fait. Le personnel était très gentil et à l'écoute. Merci a vous

Location incantevole, personale gentilissimo e molto attento alle nostre esigenze. Solo un consiglio, più scelta per il senza glutine nella colazione (che è stato l’unico pasto da noi consumato in hotel). Per il resto davvero tutto perfetto! Spero di tornarci presto perché è un “luogo del cuore”.
