The staff are very nice and they even pack breakfast for you whenever you have an early tour pickup like 4am or 3am

. 11/09/2022 Horrible experience , left for a tour got back at 11pm doors closed , no one answering the door or phone , no receptionist, knocking for 20 minutes in the cold, until another guest came down and opened the door for us , walked in to the reception no one in sight and my keys on desk for anyone to take. Horrible no security any other guest could of taken the key and went in the room. Honestly i would go to another hotel with better customer service, and a place where you actually have a key to open the hotel, the rooms didn't even have simple amenities like a safety deposit box or dryer .. more like a Hostel than a actual Hotel. Photos are of no one at door or register and keys left outside for ANYONE TO COME IN. Verry horrible experience. Spoke with Supervisor SHIRLEY ,wow what a horrible service the owners should know she doest not know how handle situations, and she is running into the ground. SHIRLEY likes to argue with customer and was really horrible with uncomfortable experience. I left to Casan Andina next door way better service and better atencion with nicer rooms. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE unles you want SHIRLEY TO DISRESPECT YOU!!! Or your stuff possibly stolen, I hope someone from corporate can retrain her or find someone with experience and knows how to hande the situation.

I think this is one of the best hotels I have ever been to, all clean, sanitized, there is no noise from outside, extremely calm, the personal is very kind and friendly, the restaurant has a great variety of food, the wifi has a good connection, there is beverages and snack at the front desk, and they can bring anything you ask to your room, there is a heater at each room, satellite TV, it’s a super good hotel 💯 recomended, I stayed 5 days and had to come back 2 days later and they stored my baggage while I was away, and returned to the same room. Recommended 10/10 The only bad thing is that in the shower, sometimes the water gets cold or hot out of nowhere, but it’s really not that bad, it’s just a few degrees, you can still bath.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, a tres cuadras de la Plaza de Armas, centros de interés, iglesias y de los museos. También esta muy cerca del mercado de San Pedro. El hotel estaba limpio y con un ambiente muy agradable. El personal amable y atento y dispuesto a brindar información de los sitios recomendados.

Hotel completamente rinnovato e con diversi optional da 5 stelle. Posizione strategica e silenzioso anche durante l' inti raymi. Colazione magnifica e personale gentilissimo. Vicino ad una lavanderia che porta in hotel il bucato pulito. La pulizia é eccellente e non hanno mai peccato. Davvero eccezionale

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nei pieno centro della città di cusco, camere ampie,moderne,ordinate e con bagno privati. La colazione abbondante e molto buona. Lo staff gentile e disponibile ad aiutarti in qualsiasi tua richiesta.

Tuve una estadía maravillosa en el Hotel Sacha Centric durante mi visita a Cusco, Perú. El personal del hotel fue excepcional y se portó de maravilla con nosotros. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos recibieron con calidez y hospitalidad. El personal estuvo increíblemente atento y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Se preocuparon mucho por nosotros, especialmente cuando teníamos salidas tempranas por la mañana. Cada día nos entregaban una merienda especialmente preparada para disfrutar en nuestras aventuras, lo cual fue un gesto muy considerado. Los desayunos en el hotel fueron absolutamente fantásticos. La variedad y calidad de la comida fueron excelentes, y el área del comedor tenía un ambiente acogedor que hacía que cada comida fuera una experiencia encantadora. El personal estuvo atento y siempre dispuesto a satisfacer cualquier solicitud especial o necesidad dietética. Nuestra habitación estaba impecable. Era espaciosa, limpia y estaba bien organizada, brindándonos un entorno cómodo y relajante. La atención al detalle en el diseño y los servicios de la habitación era evidente, y apreciamos los toques adicionales que hicieron nuestra estadía aún más agradable. La ubicación del hotel también era excelente, con fácil acceso a muchas atracciones en Cusco. Pudimos explorar la ciudad y sus alrededores de manera conveniente gracias a la ubicación céntrica del hotel. Recomiendo encarecidamente el Hotel Sacha Centric a cualquier persona que visite Cusco. El servicio excepcional, los desayunos fantásticos y las habitaciones bien cuidadas lo convierten en una opción destacada para aloj****. Gracias a todo el personal del hotel por hacer que nuestra estadía sea verdaderamente memorable. ¡Ya estamos deseando volver!

Muy buena ubicación y cumple con los requisitos básicos.

Cusco es una cuidad increíble y mejor aún fue hospedarme en este maravilloso hotel muy céntrico; sus habitaciones son limpias confortables y el personal sumamente amable, atento y cordial, lo recomiendo.
