Todo muy bien excepto un olorcillo a comida muy temprano en la habitación, que comunicamos al counter , nos cambiaron de habitación a un piso superior, pero lamentablemente al amanecer se sentia ese mismo olorcillo. Aparte de esto todo lo demás muy bien.

Hotel is in good location and in heart of Cusco. Just walking distance to most of travel places. Lynn, staff of the hotel is very kind and give all help we need. We feel very happy to travel in Cusco. This beautiful little town is worth to visit and travel.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at the San Augustin Plaza Hotel in Cusco. The rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included in the room price and it's a huge bonus since the food is tasty and plentiful. The breakfast staff is charming and are always ready to lend a helping hand. The Hotel is centrally located with great views of the Plaza and Church is across the Street. Wonderful!

2 nights stay at San Augustin Plaza Cusco was so memorable that prompted me to write. The price was value for money in terms of room cleanilness, cosiness, provsion of early morning breakfast and above all, the helpful hotel staff support. With the support of Ruth of the check-in desk to arrange a quiet room for a good rest for my wife, she overcame her high attitude sickness quickly. As we came back from Machu Pichu late afternoon with a lot of clothing awaiting laundry service, another staff, Milton helped me to source a laundry shop for an express service such that I had the clean clothes for my next destination. For a non Spanish speaking traveller, both Ruth and Milton speak fluent English which definitely helped ease the stress of foreign guest when they encountered problems.

The beds a comfy, the staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money. The breakfast service is well managed and has a decent variety of different food and drink. The bathrooms are kept clean, with a small range of complementary soaps and hair products.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel location is great. Rooms are ok, beds are comfortable, hot shower and all amenities in place. Cleaning can be improved a little bit, if they remove the carpet will be better, in my opinion that made the room feel a bit dirty although it wasn’t. Breakfast is good. If you have an early trip, make sure you speak with the reception team they will Make sure you have a breakfast box for your early morning 😊 I’d definitely come back !
