家族4人でファミリールームに宿泊しました。 Plaza de armasに徒歩数分の距離にあり、帰路は坂道ですが、よほど疲れていなければ難なく歩ける距離にありとても良かったです。立地もとても静かな通りに位置していたので、車通りもあまり多くなく、騒音が気になることは少なかったです。アメニティはシャンプー、リンス、ボディウォッシュ、ドライヤー、ティーが数種類、電気ケトルがありました。昔ながらの建築をリノベーションした建物だったので、天井がとても高く開放感があり、荷物を広げても充分な広さがありました。スタッフの方もとても親切で、モーニングは通常7時からでしたが、ツアーへの参加のため少しだけ早くに外出する旨を伝えたところ快く朝食の用意をしていただきました。ホテルの出入りの際は毎回ドアの解錠をしてもらう必要があるため、セキュリティ面も安心でした。フロントでは数種類ですが、水、炭酸飲料を買うこともできる様でした。

Lovely hotel and very comfortable room. Beds were excellent. Both bedroom and bathroom were large and nicely appointed. Location was perfect. Walkable to the plaza, market, etc. All was above expectation except for the breakfast, which was decent, but not what we wanted, so we went out. It was bread, meat cheese, olives, etc. No hot food. The only negative was that our room was on the street side and we had a lot of traffic noise. Perhaps a different room on the other side would be quieter. Overall, great value and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful historic boutique hotel in the heart of historic Cusco. The building itself is an old home and retains much of the character. The rooms are large with big comfy beds but felt a little cold and there was no a**osphere at all the in the hotel. I think we were the only guests staying. There were stains on the ceiling, the water leaked in the shower and there seemed to be little attention to detail. Could be an amazing hotel with some money spent on it. Breakfast was quite basic but worst of all was the WIFI which worked sporadically on our first day and did not work at all for day 2 and 3. This is unacceptable as wifi in Cusco is generally excellent. The 2 members of staff were very helpful and friendly. With all the choice of great accommodation in Cusco we would not recommend this hotel

La Llave is the perfect place to stay in Cusco. Close to the centre, close to restaurants, and also very close to good laundry services. Added benefit - it is quiet. Loved the courtyard and the warm showers. Clean rooms, and excellent helpful staff top off this hotel. Special kudos to Julie and Alan who work at the hotel.

Small hotel (6 rooms) in an old house. Excellent ubication, 3 minutes away from Plaza de Armas. Very friendly staff. Breakfast starts at 7 am, but you can ask them to start earlier if your tour starts before this time. For 6 am tours, they prepare the breakfast in advance. for 4 am tours, they give you a box lunch. Very recomendable.

The property had an old world feel that I enjoyed. The location was very convient.
