Property photos looked good. But in person room is to small, i planned to stay for 8 nights. Was willing to pay for bigger room and i needed it. Unfortunately there wasn't and has to check out and book at another place. "Hotel policy" according to ******* stated that there is no refund for the 7 night i didnt stay... very upsetting and disappointed with hotel and *******...

Lobby under construction but had just some plastics to cover for the inaccesible area which was most of it.
Personnel had bad image with no uniforms and we were not upgraded as my membership says.

Overall the room was good. However the towels were very used- old. The towel rank in the bathroom was broken. The shower very slippery almost fell in the

The location of the hotel is prime, right next to the Forum Mall, and a ******. Their are restaurants in the hotel and across the street. The room service was great, very welcoming. Thank Yiu

To access this run down hotel one ha to drive through a confusing shopping mall parking lot. With the exception of the restaurant, the staff were rude and unapproachable. When we asked for an additional packet of coffee for our room - since there was only one for two people, I was told I had to pay an additional $25 pesos. Really? The hotel is worn, noisy and over-priced. If your goal is to shop at the attached mediocre mall, it might be suitable. Otherwise, there are much nicer hotels at a better price in Culiacan. This is a more like a 2 star hotel.
