This property was under extensive renovation, and therefore some of the amenities listed on the Orbitz website were actually not available. since these amenities influenced our selection we were very unhappy! this should not be allowed.

I called the hotel before booking to make sure the pool was open. No mention of renovations. My girlfriend’s kids had never been to a hotel and were super excited about the pool only to meet with disappointment the moment we got there. Pool and gym were closed. We only stayed 2 nights and no one cleaned our room. We didn’t have the dnd sign out, they just skipped us. Breakfast was better the second day than the first but overall that was average at best. All around bad stay.

The breakfast bar was nice! And the night was quiet and they had a coffee pot it was a very nice hotel people that worked there were very friendly it’s all over nice 😊

Construction in lobby so breakfast served in meeting room, was very good. Construction ended at 8 pm.
Staff very nice and accommodating!
Would stay again!

Overall it was good. We were in town for a family gathering and we're going to be early for check in. We were able to get a room switched around so we could freshen up.
They're still in renovation so it's a bit dusty in the entranceway. No biggie.
Room was clean. Beds are a bit elevated and there's a pillowtop that is soft and comfy to start but then you can't really move. One night would be all our backs could take so I'm not sure we would stay longer if the opportunity comes up.
Breakfast options were plentiful.

They are doing some heavy duty remodeling.,which is fine. However, some of the remodeling is right next to the elevator and it’s actually a tripping hazard in that area. Not good. Also the swimming pool needs remodeled badly. It has actual chunks missing from it. Breakfast was great though…

It's out-of-the way and quiet. It's not too far from restaurants. The neighborhood is a little trashy, but it's not the fault of the hotel.
The hotel is under renovation, so a little hammer noise was heard at 8:15 a.m. Fortunately, it wasn't too loud.
