We love Mollie’s Motel and Diner. We would rate this place as a gem!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here and do remember to make a reservation at the diner in advance! The diner is really happening and the Oreo milkshake is the best!! The staff at Mollie’s motel is also super friendly and helpful! We truly enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights! Absolutely delighted with my stay! This hotel boasts fantastic facilities and exceptionally stylish rooms. Highly recommended for a memorable experience.

Poor experience will not be revisiting. Extremely poor hygiene and customer service false and non genuine. Customer service could be better repeated the rehearsed welcome speech, another guest asked for a room change due to room noise next door. Which they happily facilitated. We were offered a ground floor room, stated we'd prefer not to be on the ground floor. Hostess said no more rooms are available, when you revisit request not to be on the ground. This obviously was a lie as after entering the first room offered and discovered it had not been cleaned, we were promptly relocated. The second was not much cleaner, and the bathroom floor was covered in water, from the previous occupant's who had used. How do we know, upon using the shower the seal on the bottom had gone, causing water to spray all over the floor. The bathroom door also locked itself, so we had to call for it to be opened. They were not surprised as it regularly happens. The mattresses are mismatch, we had a firm and soft mattress attached together, which was really uncomfortable to lay on as there was a distinct hard ridge in the middle of the bed. Alongside that you can't sleep with the window open as the traffic from the M5 will keep you up all night. Luckily and probably the most positive thing l can say, the windows were good at blocking the noise. I don't recommend you look under the bed as dust and feathers are all over it. House keeping came, did no cleaning but offered two new towels. As for the restaurant which they are quick to book you into. Overpriced bland food with no attention to presentation. Customer service remains poor there also. I question the hygiene there to, as my partner and myself were both sick shortly after eating there. Overall the whole experience was poor value for money. Pictures attached show the dirty toilet, shaving clippings in the sink, and coffee spills on the surface. They didn't even clean the spoon resting in the cup. Such a disappointment.

Very clean motel quiet room only thing I could knock it on was the price of the breakfast £33 for two a bit steep I think

恰好春節去找朋友，住了這個motel。第一次住motel，感覺很棒很方便，有免費停車，裝修也很新，服務業很好。樓下的美式餐廳味道也很棒。

非常滿意這家酒店，風筒是戴森的。大堂公區氛圍年輕態，前台茶和咖啡任喝。和酒店一起的餐廳，很多當地人吃飯。味道不錯。

性價比滿分，設施質素係呢個價位都算得上頂尖，而且非常新，有免費泊車，呢個價錢有呢一個質素，可以話係非常之難得，唯一缺點就係距離布里斯托市中心稍遠，但呢間酒店嘅定位係Motel所以唔算缺點。

Love this concept motel. Food and service at diner excellent. Unfortunately same problem with bed not resolved.

Gorgeous comfortable beds and bedding, modern rooms with every thing we needed. Love the Cowshed products and the hairdryer/straightners. We ate evening meal and breakfast at the diner. Both 10/10

I was really impressed with the concept and service. Great service, good vibe and importantly comfy beds and a quiet room.

Easy check in and paid to upgrade to late check out, but didnt appear to work as the cleaner was knocking on the door from 11am and the key stopped working. Additionally the hot water tap on our floor wasn't working in the morning which meant carrying hot drinks on the stairwell and through doors. Comfortable, clean room though and lovely hot shower.

A great stay. Room was new and trendy, very comfortable bed and service with a smile. Only thing that was difficult was the lack of lift but we managed!

Perfect stay, friendly staff nice clean and beautifully curated hotel. And a delicious meal at the diner with an amazing playlist from live DJ!

Mollies motel was something out of the ordinary. Someone has thought differently about hotels and come up with Mollies. It was fabulous from start to finish. The young staff are enthusiastic, welcoming and friendly. The building looks great, love the Scandi style, cleanliness, coziness and comfort. Complimentary teas and coffee on tap is a thoughtful idea. The outside areas are just as good, really well thought out and extremely well kempt. I just loved loved our stay.
