This was a great experience
Shane was friendly and always ready to provide recommendations on where to eat
Venue was great and clean
Only negative traffic at 2am was a little annoying but not enough to spoil the visit

Thanks for a great experience during our stay. We had a spacious family room including a queen bed, a single bed and double bunk. The kitchenette had equipment beyond the norm. There was plenty of natural light from full length windows near the balcony. We easily walked to cafes and supermarket.

This inn is very nice, although it si nezt to the road, there is no road noise during sleeping. The room is tidy and practical.

Owner was so accommodating when I requested for a ground floor room last minute due to a mishap that led to limited mobility. Convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay in Ballarat. The motor inn was handy to everything. Good on and off street parking. Rooms were basic but clean. Came with breakfast included so good value. Pity the Irish Pub next door was closed! Would stay again.

The electronic key was unreliable. The unit had limited bench space in the bathroom on which to place our toiletries.
The car parking was tight.
The restaurant was good.
