Was terribly disappointed in this stay. Had a problem with the lack of housekeeping. I reported it twice to front desk over a 5 day stay. Room was never cleaned or serviced in the 5 days. Front desk never followed up. I asked to speak to the manager upon check, said he would check into it. Not happy at all.

Newer property. Great rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Typical hotel breakfast, well presented. Will stay again next time in Medford.

What an excellent experience!! From the check-in, to the cleanliness of the room and facility, to a great very early morning breakfast (before the full breakfast was ready) and including the airport shuttle-EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!
