Mucho cuidado, es el peor hotel de cozumel
El peor vacaciones de mi vida. Comida horrible tragos horrible. El dia que llegas no puedes hacer reservacion para el unico restaurante bonito porque hay que ser reservaciones antes de las 12 y el check in es alas 3. Al siguente dia me toco el restaurante bien, 45mins en el restaurante y nadie se me acerco aver si queria algo de tomar. Mamdo a llamar el capitan jaime y le digo y me dice ya vine y ni asi me trajo algo ni me ofrecio algo de tomar...una hora u cuarto despues me trean un carne que ni a mi perro se lo daria... no hagan el mismo error que yo en reservar este hotel!!!!!!!!! Desdel primer dia que llegamos habia calsetas sucias colgadas en el baño. Se aviso al gerente y hasta eñ dia que no fuimos hay siguen los calsetas

En general un Hotel muy tranquilo , sin animación , para si quieres un relax total es el indicado , las habitaciones muy bien , me tocó en el 8vo piso y tenía una vista hermosa , el servicio en general bien , solo un poco lento con respecto al

almuerzos y cenas , calidad regular en el
acabado de los platos , y si el servicio un poco lento , las instalaciones muy bonitas y lo mejor la playa que tienen está espectacular y excelente para snorkear y disfrutar de todos los peces qué hay , muy hermoso , ya las noches más tranquilas , si gustan más diversión pues salir del hotel a 10 min ya estarás en el
Centro , pero en general bastante bien y bueno por el costo pues tampoco se pide más 👍🏼 a seguirle luchando para ser mejores .

Overall the property was what we expected, for the price we paid, our room was in the older portion of the resort, and you could definitely tell this, as our room had the bare necessities, only perk was the view from our deck.. Check in was a COMPLETE joke, waited over 2.5hrs from time of getting to the property to getting to our room. Couldn't make reservations for the restaurant as it was always booked by 8am every day, and couldn't make reservations for other days of our stay. Buffet experience, wasn't the greatest. 4 out of 7 nights we had to sit on the balcony of the beach as there was no tables to eat at, noticed people just lingering at the tables, no rush to leave. As we were there this all seemed to be the common issues as we had conversations with other vacationers..

The older building has so many visible cracks big and small throughout the property. Toilet/shower not working properly. There is a 5” gap between the stairwell and the wall all the way to the 6th floor and it is a safety hazard especially for smaller children Sink has stains everywhere. A/C system doesn’t shut off automatically and drips water in the room thru condensation. There’s no water filtration system utilized because the water smells like mud. They served the same food menu 3 days of my stay in this property. I will never recommend this property if staying in Cozumel.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming especially Randy and Miguel at the restaurant. The beach was amazing and had beautiful fishes to see while swimming and snorkeling. Only issue was that there was no entertainment at night.
