The owner knew she wouldn't make our appoin**ent time and didn't bother to tell us. We waited for her with our toddler for two hours! She took no ownership over what happened and wouldn't return our deposit even though she wronged us and make us feel completely insignificant. Poor communication and no compassion other than to apologize for my frustration. My little family is on hard times and we've had so much loss recently to add to it all. Beyond hurt and disappointed.
