Dinner in the bar/lounge was very disappointing. Three out of nine of us ordered the roast beef dinner. It arrived with one slice of beef with a Yorkshire pudding on top and a few carrots in a small bowl. No potatoes at all until one of us went in search of a waiter to ask for some. A bit of mash arrived about 5 mins later. Honestly the service was not great for the evening. Our overall stay was lovely and staff at reception were fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was great and again staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and views from dining room are fabulous. We stayed on B&B basis. Room was very comfortable and clean. Shower was very powerful with plenty of hot water. We had bar food, great choice on the menu and the food was lovely.

I always have trouble sleeping but I slept so well in your bed , very clean and fantastic staff especially the gentleman who booked us in and took good care of us , unfortunately I didn't get his name ☘️🇮🇪 thanks so much for a great nite 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Rooms spacious,comfortable and clean.Entertainment Tues /Thursday nights .10 minutes walk to Buncrana beach.Staff friendly.Leisure centre + pool area a nice way to unwind after day trip.Tourist attractions worth visiting Fort Dunree,Doagh Famine Village,Glenevin Waterfall,Inch Wild Fowl Reserve,Wild Ireland,Malin Head,Tullagh Strand,Crana Stables and many more coastal views

Super affordable hotel in a lovely location by the beach. Staff were lovely and 4 course dinner was delicious! We also invited the spa and had a lovely massage and facial. Staff were welcoming and helpful! Would definitely stay here again! M

Called here for lunch today, 16th April. All we wanted was soup and a sandwich and the menu suited us fine. The gammon was excellent, very lean and a well filled sandwich. The vegetable soup was very tasty as well. Price was, we thought very reasonable. The view over the golf course and Lough Swilly is unbeatable. Sharon the bar supervisor on duty was very hospitable and a great ambassador for the hotel.

Flying visit overnight stay. The hotel is let down badly by the food, the bar and restaurant have no atmosphere and the food looked basic. I went to the town for food as it was so unappealing. Breakfast was cheap processed hot food, coffee was good and the service all round was friendly. I had an issue with noise from a neighbouring room and was moved right away which was very much appreciated. Room was spotless well fitted and shower was fabulous.

Hotel standing on a beautiful site with fabulous views, which you have to pay extra to get a room overlooking the sea, even though the Hotel is not busy mid week. Hotel needs a complete revamp, very tired looking, food is very poor, didnt even have a banana at breakfast, staff young and inexperienced. This Hotel has such potential in a lovely town with plenty to do, very friendly people. Just badly managed.
