Jackson's Hotel catered dinner x 52 for our group yesterday. The food was exceptional. But the service A1! The dining room team (3) Jeet, Lee & Ailbe were outstanding. They were attentive professional, friendly, unobtrusive and extremely competent. Thank you Jeet - our day trip to Donegal finished on a real high

This was a return visit and it didn’t disappoint. Being a family run hotel, the staff were again very welcoming and helpful. The hotel, rooms and grounds were very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and overlooked the river and woods. The bar staff, Robbie and Leo were very attentive and friendly. Our stay included breakfast and evening meals. Breakfast included continental or cooked options. The breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful. Staff member Caroline, was very helpful. There was a good selection of choices for the evening meal. The food was cooked and tasted well. The leisure facilities were again well maintained. The leisure staff were very helpful and friendly. Great place to chill out for a couple of days.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were so well cared for by all the staff Our rooms were large spotless and comfortable and suited our needs We ate in the Restaurant every evening and the food was delicious We also enjoyed the great outdoor garden after breakfast when we planed our day Staff who worked in the Restaurant were excellent We did not meet the bedroom staff l loved coming home in the evening to a clean room I felt quite spoiled

Beautiful hotel, bang central in town, excellent bar and food excellent breakfast lovely room. Most enjoyable break in a long time.staff are lovely too. You get the country welcome feel from it everywhere. Good blend of foreign and local staff. Jackson's is a hotel that is ran well.. thanks for the event and service at the VFI awards..

Just back from three night stay in Jacksons hotel. beautiful clean and spacious room we had. The room had everything you would need. Food was amazing and great choice for breakfast. Lovely forest walk right beside the hotel. All staff very helpful and friendly especially mention to Laura who help us with our booking over the phone. This our second time in Jacksons hotel looking forward to our return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed at Jackson’s Hotel while on a work trip up to Donegal from Kerry in May 2024. Everyone was so friendly and the room was spotless. Had lunch and dinner there and it was delicious. There is a stunning walk out the back of the hotel too. Would highly recommend.

The management is the problem at Jackson's Hotel. My wife politely called to give them feedback about our lunch experience, and one of their 'many' managers, Caroline, refused to believe her. The food was substandard, to say the least. Jackson's Hotel used to be professional and friendly, but sadly, it is now run by defensive and arrogant staff. NEVER AGAIN!
