Have stayed here so many times never had a problem, staff so friendly.

Nice hotel , in accessible location. Food in the bar is delicious.

Our room was clean and airy. Nice location, parking on site, and view. They have the best staff ever from receptionist to pub staff. Standard breakfast is included. Ennis is very close to the Cliffs of Moher. The town is undergoing a bit of a renovation, which makes sightseeing problematic. Hopefully, they will be done by summer.

My Wife and I stopped at the "Templegate" for a coffee and it was excellent. We were served by Sean and Declan - 2 outstanding Ambassadors for the Hospitality business - who made the visit exceptional. On arrival Sean greeted me with a radiant smile and asked if I was enjoying my day. Then Declan arrived on the scene and yes I am now enjoying my day. Mile Buíochas Sean and Declan.

Welcome to the hotel of pride in hospitality. Lovely, lovely staff. The hotel has an old world feel with all the conveniences needed. The pub has delicious food and drinks in a warm welcoming environment. Best beer battered fish and chips we have had so far. If we return again we will request a room that does not face the very busy bus stop as it can be noisy at all hours of the night and morning.

The staff and bar were excellent. The room was pleasant, tidy and clean. The big disappointment was the breakfasts. There was a rush to make payment before seeing the menu & sitting down. There were no bowls for cereals or fruit, there was no toast (when I asked, it arrived when I was leaving). Some of the cooked breakfast was inedible. When I raised the issue there was acknowledgement and the staff helped me find another place in the town that was very close by.

We stayed for a Saturday night as we were attending a gig in Ennis. We had food in the bar, which was really good and the service was really good too. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I forgot my Toothbrush and asked the receptionist (can't recall his name) where I could by one close by. He have ma a dental pack with Toothpaste and a Toothbrush in it. I was very impressed. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. Would defiantly return when going to Ennis again and would recommend to others 😊. Had a lovely stay on the 13th of April. We are returning guests and in our room was a lovely welcome back card and some handmade chocolates. The bed was so luxurious, didn't sleep as well in years. A tasty full irish breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. The room was lovely and big with a seating area, tea/coffee making facilities. A hugh walk in shower in a spacious bathroom. We will return again and stay in The Temple Gate Hotel. Thank you to Laura and team for a wonderful stay.

The pillows are very good, and rooms clean and comfy. We were returning customers and were treated to a room upgrade. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Ennis and the staff could not be more professional, helpful and friendly. If I was to say anything negative it would be the bathroom tap in 303 which splashed over the sink, I am sure this can be sorted.
