We found the location to be near where we needed to be and it was a good stay but they didn’t have a laundry room on site and their waffle machine was broken down when we went to breakfast in the morning. I’m sure they will fix it soon. The front desk was friendly and we slept well.

Great place to stay. Couch was broken and the place smelled like ****. But in general a great place to stay.

Bath tub and toliet needs to be renovated- old and worn out. Room wasn't ready until 10 minutes after check in. Staff was nice. Breakfast was bare. They use a weird scent in the rooms. I don't think I'll be returning.

Check in hostess was very helpful and friendly. Room was functional and clean. Basically no frills room, but comfortable. Beds were a little too firm for our tastes, but we like softer mattresses. Very beautiful scenic views. Cottonwood is a fun place to visit. We really enjoyed the Verde Canyon Railroad ride.

Friendly and efficient staff, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Convenient location for sight seeing and the Verde Canyon Train.

The hotel rooms sit back from the road and is nice and quiet. The full breakfast was really good and provided lots of options. Staff was friendly and free cookies were available upon check in.

Decent place just very old and outdated. Had a weird smell. Also the bar of soap was open and had hair on it makes you think what else wasn’t cleaned very well…
