Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and excellent food. Drinks are all branded and very good quality. All the restaurants are very good and we had no issues booking them via the app that we downloaded before we got there. The entertainment in the evening and classes in the day were all very well run and of a very high standard - shout out to Ramon who was always involved in organising and greeting guests. Hotel is in a great location on the beach but also well located to visit other attractions on the island. Pool a bit cold but that’s the time of year we visited. Overall excellent holiday at an excellent hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. Really clean, lovely pool area, rooms are small but have everything you need A couple of issues though. 1- the food... raw chicken served at the buffet...and when we pointed out to staff, no one cared, told 2 people and they genuinely didn't care! 2- adaptatabiliy, met a lovely couple on holiday..2 reservations for same restaurant 1 at 7pm 2nd at 7.30 pm. We asked if they could seat us together...they said no...it was an empty restaurant. No flexibility at all. We were sat opposite sides of an empty restaurant! Lovely hotel, but needs to be open to changing needs.

I did the aqua gym at the pool today. Sandra was the instructor. She was excellent. I am a bit older and a bit unfit so she checked regularly that I was comfortable and was enjoying the experience. I will be doing it again as the week goes on. The food so far has been excellent so I will definitely need the Aquum each day!

We stayed in the regular side, NOT reserve side. You get the opportunity to upgrade when there but the pool area looked busier than the regular side so saved our money for another trip. The hotel is really clean , but it does look like a shopping centre when you are in it. Very dated floor tiles and doors. We were on the 1st floor, rooms quite modern but again tiles not been replaced in refurb. Excellent view , stocked mini bar (gratis) and very clean. Bathroom ok too and again very clean, The bars and restaurants are modern decor however the food is a disaster in the SAmira restaurant . My salad was fizzy ( sadly half way down and already eaten some) dodgy stomach after that. I did complain and she said “it’s not everyone’s taste” salad should not be fizzy. The buffet restaurant was ok as was Italian. LA GRACIOSA was fabulous. The service from the staff was exceptional. Pros Excellent location Really clean Very good staff Beach lovely (12 euros to hire incl brolly) Beach bar and DJ LA GRACIOSA Restaurant Hardworking staff Nice House Vino Cons Food not brilliant Sun loungers not comfy The circle staff constantly hovering to sell you things Would I recommend YES

Our second time here and again a wonderful time, the reserve is a piece of heaven. (The sunbeds in the reserve section are wonderful, including bali beds). Hotel staff are so helpful. There is a book library to swap your book, you just need to ask at reception. Thank you!

This is a hotel that i would recommend to people who want to just relax. The ethos of the hotel is relaxation and rejuvenate, we stayed here for 10days and we had the use of our own concierge Kelly who was amazing and friendly. Everything was lovely about this hotel except i felt the evening meals let them down. Having travelled to numerous different places i feel i have to mention the lifeguard who went the extra mile to ensure i had a towel and anything i needed well done Elexier. If your type of holiday is for drinking and clubbing this hotel is not for you, however if you want to relax and rest in lovely surroundings then this is the place to go.

This adults only hotel has a superb location, a lovely hotel for its age, rooms are large and reasonably presented, the housekeeping is excellent and the staff are friendly. Large pool area with plenty of space but don't be put off by the lack of sun umbrellas if asked they will get you one. The food is advertised as gourmet, it is not, the self service restaurant for breakfast and evening meals is very disappointing. Lunch was supposed to be waiter service but a one hour wait for a meager meal with cold chips should be avoided. Best is the La Graciosa for a seafood lunch. You can get by on the food served but it is not what you might expect from a supposed 5-star hotel. There is no love for food here which is very sad. If you want a laugh try getting anything other than pistachio ice cream. Having said that, the outside team were great we met some lovely guests and if this hotel ever got its catering sorted out we would return.

Hotel in perfect location, quiet & relaxing. Food is excellent in buffet, plenty of choice., a la carte menus not to our liking. But lunchtime in the tapas restaurant is excellent. And Drinks premium brands. Our room overlooked the pool with a sea view & was very comfortable. huge bed really comfy, pillows very soft & comfortable too. Every member of staff really great, lots of smiles. Special mention to Soraya, Sandra & Romain of entertainment team who went out of their way to talk & laugh with us. Beach bar is worth a visit too. One or two improvements could be made, such as mattresses on sun loungers, waiter service around pool area, food needs labelling in buffet restaurant. Look forward to returning.

First time to a Adults only Hotel. What a Wonderful surprise. We needed a week of Sunshine and Rest and we got a lot more. From the moment we arrived the staff were so kind and Helpfull. The Food and drinks were amazing. We loved our walks every day by the sea and spent most of our time on our balcony which overlooked the beach and Sea. The Spa treatments were wonderful. We will be back but could we have a few more English channels on the T.V and reserve Pool Heated. 😎
