Nos encantó la atención, la habitación, el servicio de comedor muy amables, recepción, limpieza, servicio de toallas...
Por poner un pero, el minibar no enfriaba y en la oferta no vi bien especificada la info de que las bebidas en la cena no están incluidas en la oferta.
Las piscinas estupendas, especial mención a la Infinity pool a pesar de que no sabíamos que era en otra parte del complejo, con unas cuantas escaleras por medio.
La tranquilidad del lugar es genial para desconectar.
Repetiría seguro.

Our first time at this hotel, had a lovely holiday. We appreciated the high quality of the hotel, plenty of friendly and helpful staff giving good service in all areas. A lovely terrace over looking the highly maintained gardens and pool area. We are planning to go back next year.

We stayed at the Riu Arecas once again and it was everything we expected. Great hotel, staff and a BIG thank you to Sandra our maid for keeping our room so nice. We will be back again!

Really enjoyed our holiday at Riu Arecas. Lovely hotel, staff very welcoming, great selection and quality of food. Ample space and Lovely comfort in the room. Room service was brilliant apart from sugar was not replenished and no milk provided. Pool was lovely and not too busy. Pool service was very good. Transfer to the Hotel was excellent as a taxi was provided, my wife has a disability. Would recommend and would business again.

Definitely will be back , staff were so nice and friendly . Food was amazing with so much choice every day also the pool area bar staff were so attentive. Honestly cannot find fault with this hotel .

Everything was spotless and the staff work extremely hard. Reception staff let them down.very clinical and abrupt when we checked in and out..leaving a bad taste in the end...but the dining room staff were amazing.

Our original hotel had building work so switched to the Riu Arecas with 3 days notice. Good welcome at reception and welcome drink. Room was clean and spacious overlooking the pool. The gardens and pool area are lovely. Pool towels provided. Enjoyed going down to the beach club and using the beach bar. Staff are lovely here, of note were Sandra in the dining room at Anca at the beach bar. All happy for us to try our holiday spanish. Short 30min walk to playa fanabe if you want bars and restaurants. However we enjoyed staying for the entertainment then walking over the road to Tiggys Bar, owner Simon really welcoming and allows you to share your playlist in the bar to sing along to. Would recommend this hotel and happy to return.

We tend to stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year, the location is great, the grounds are second to none, everywhere is spotless, the choice of food is excellent. The only slight minus is the rooms are a bit dated, but this would/does not stop me returning. Staff are also very polite and helpful.

This was our second stay at The RIU Arecas, and won’t be our last! The staff are welcoming and the service is wonderful! The hotel is calm and relaxing, and well positioned for a holiday close to the Playa del Duque.
