Honestly would not recommend this hotel at all very disappointed to say the least. Me and my boyfriend checked out less than 72 hours of being here, was meant to be staying 7 nights. Hotel needs a massive refurbishment, very out dated. When we arrived we was made to sign a contract which lead to paying €150 euros which we was told if we didn’t pay we wouldn’t be aloud to check in, we was never informed on this when booking this hotel. I asked how come the older couple in front didn’t have to pay and all they said was there are “older generation”. I don’t think this is fair one bit as if you are setting a rule it should apply for everyone, They take advantage of younger ones. There is also a fee if you want the Tv remote which is ridiculous after making us pay €150. The toilet flush was hanging off, the card holder was hanging off the wall, could see the fuses. Ceiling all peeling in the bathroom. Loads of scuffs everywhere. No plugs in the bedroom & hardly any plugs in the apartment literally had to charge one phone in the bathroom. No aircon whatsoever. When informing reception they sent someone up to the room all they did was fix the toilet which we was grateful for and screw a part of the door off & on which looked like it had been rammed shut. Pool area is very quiet no atmosphere. Didn’t feel very safe in the area. Was overall depressing ruined the start of our holiday.

What a beautiful place...staff polite and friendly very clean only thing that apartment doesn't have is aircon but we hired a fan ...definitely staying again I would recommend the apartments supermarket 2 mins away cafe where we had breakfast 🥰🥰🥰

Very disappointed when we got dropped off by the transfer coach. We had to drag our heavy suitcases up a steep hill then around thr corner. Not nice when your in your seventies with arthritus. However, when we finally got there, I was pleasantly surprised. Easy check in. Apartment, clean and airy. Bottle of water and bottle of prosecco in the fridge. Nuts for snack. Also provided was washing up liquid, tea towels, shower gel. The beds were comfy with lovely fluffy pillows. Apartment cleaned and fresh towels most days. Bedding changed mid week. Plenty sunbeds. Nice pool. Amenities in surrounding area very good. Plenty supermarkets and nice restaurants. 10 minute walk down a steep hill to beach. Took longer walking back up. Overall very satisfied and I would stay here again.

Heres goes....Read a lot of negatives after booking this accommodation when it met our budget for a New Year stay. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the occasions needed, even rang us on check in day to let our know our room was ready as it was not initially due to an early arrival. Main hotel/pool area is very clean / tidy. Rooms could do with a deep clean and attention paid to skirting boards etc but overall maids do a brilliant job, very friendly and gave fresh towels/toilet roll when we didn't require cleaning that day. Cleaning schedule is provided on arrival. We had a shower cubicle, others in our party had a bath. There is no hairdryer. Toiletries were provided and washing up liquid, scourer, dish towel in kitchen. All basic kitchen utensils provided and microwave, hob, kettle, toaster. Large bedroom/living area with plenty of storage, dressing table, ample plug sockets, TV -Remote is obtained by deposit.  Lighting was a bit dim and no aircon which was fine this time of year. Beds are very comfy. Safe was very cheap. Main bug bear for us was the early morning sunbed reservers/towel hoggers all day as I usually only want One for a few hours here and there. Pool are gets a lot of sun and is kept quiet to due apartments also being residential. Great view of pool/sea from room. Breakfast/lunch is served although we didn't eat here. Bar is 10am till 4pm, would have liked it a bit later for us. Good supermarket over the road and underneath hotel. We picked the location as we enjoy both costa adeje and PDLA, it's at least 15 mins walk either way and uphill on way back. Siam Park/mall in walking distance and bus station only 5mins away. Overall great on a budget and if you're not expecting 5*

The premises were clean and very quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and had sufficient appliances like toaster , kettle microwave and 2 ring hob. Location though on a slight hill, is a nice walkable distance from the main *****. Good selection in supermarket across road. Unfortunately, the tennis court was not available. The table tennis needs to be replaced but still provided entertainment. Walkable distance to Siam Park and Siam Mall as well.

What you see is what you get ! Budget apartments at a reasonable price in good location with easy access to most places. Staff very attentive and always happy to help. Cleanliness was a priority during our visit and all staff very friendly with nothing too much trouble and always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We had a problem with our door lock which was reported immediately identified and rectified with urgency. Thankyou all of you for making our stay memorable for the right reasons. If only the weather had been better ! Obviously outside your control!

Hotel a bit tired but very clean with regular linen changes. Disappointed pool bar/restaurant fairly limited hours. No aircon a slight issue at this time of year but must be very bad in mid summer. Staff all very nice.

this was a last minute booking and after reading some of the reviews we were trying to change the booking but there was not enough time so we went with an open mind and were happy when there , the hotel is in need of a refurb but is kept spotless by the cleaning staff who always had a smile when you met them not like the girl on reception who never smiled at all when booking us in , the sofa is the most uncomfertable i have ever sat on , on the plus side the pool is fantastic and bar staff are happy to be serving with a smile, not too far a walk to shops and beach the weather made our 7 night stay amazing

These apartments are not modern, but they have everything you need with plenty of storage space and are exceptionally clean, with fresh towels and bedding every 2 days. Daniel on reception was very welcoming and was happy to help us with any questions we had. I don’t know the name of the lady on reception, but she too was lovely and happy to speak to us. The bar staff were lovely and always had a smile. The pool area was very busy but the lifeguard was on hand to get out the emergency sun loungers for those that didn’t have one. There is no music or entertainment of any sort at the hotel so is ideal for a relaxing holiday. A 5 minute walk to main bars but there are other restaurants nearby - green chilli is an excellent choice for an Indian, just a 2 minute walk Loved our stay and will happily book again.

Travel agent changed our hotel and after reading the reviews on here I have to say I wasn’t looking forward to it….From the second we got there it was fab! The hotel is a bit dated but clean and tidy. We checked in at reception, they answered everything we asked. Got to the room. We weren’t disappointed. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Well beds were comfortable. The settee is not! Nice bathroom with shower over bath. Kitchen area with everything you need. We had a separate bedroom, two singles pushed together. Clean non stained bedding and massive pillows. Wardrobes, dressing table and plugs in the right places. Nice little balcony with table and two recliner chairs. We got ready to go out and the patio doors didn’t lock and the tv control didn’t work (10€ deposit). I went down to reception to let them know and the maintenance man was there seconds after I got back. He fixed the door and changed the tv remote, lovely friendly man. The cleaners were probably the most friendly of anyone, smiled or waved and said hello every time we passed. They kept the accommodation immaculate. If we weren’t already booked elsewhere for next year we would definitely be coming back here.

Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful! Pool area peaceful & clean. Rooms are basic but have everything required. Only real negative is the smell of sewage in the room at all times, no air con but we rented a fan which did help some. If you’re looking so stay somewhere quiet and on a budget then this place is ok.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in October . Comfortable rooms , yes a tad dated but then you would pay a lot more for refurbished and a/c , which they will never get installed . We had 35. - 38 degrees in first week , the sun baked the apartment , most of the day , so hire a fan from reception , really made a difference . High floor is good for view of sea . Any issues i had with room were dealt with quickly by reception . House keeping varies , Annealeis was amazing so much attention to detail . Pool was amazing , lovely and warm , best pool I’ve ever swam in . Beach is horrible granny sand and freezing water . Lots of drunken people about down Veronica ***** , drinks awfully and full of ***** and mugging , don’t go near there . Supermarket near apartment good selection . Miami bar near apartment cheap 2 £ a pint , and Domingo is a real character . Restaurants all quiet the same , Paella at Tabys was good . No aircraft noise at all . Pool area has rules , good for your safety , they close bar early they don’t need the hassle . Not massively friendly for families or elderly people . All in all we enjoyed ourselves , the second week was much cooler 30 .
