ฉันกับสามีไปเที่ยวลังกาวีมาค่ะ เราพักที่โรงแรม HIG ชอบทุกอย่างของโรงแรมนี้มาก ตั้งแต่ห้องพักแสนสบาย พนักงานทุกคนบริการดี อาหารเช้าอร่อย เหมาะสำหรับการช้อปปิ้ง นอกจากนี้ โรงแรมยังมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยและเป็นกันเองมาก ฉันขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้ให้กับทุกคนที่มาเที่ยวลังกาวีค่ะ

เดินทางคนเดียวและเข้าพักที่ HIG ห้องพักสวยงาม ราคาสมเหตุสมผล อาหารเช้าโอเคเมื่อเทียบกับราคา ข้างๆ HIG มีร้านขายช็อกโกแลตและเครื่องใช้บนโต๊ะอาหาร ลองไปทานอาหารที่ร้านอาหารของร้านดู แกงกุ้งอร่อยมากเพราะใช้ซอสถั่วลิสง ราคาสมเหตุสมผลเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นๆ พนักงานดี โดยรวมแล้วพอใจกับโรงแรม HIG มาก

ตอนเช็คอินเข้าห้องครั้งแรก โอ้โห ห้องมีกลิ่นหอมสดชื่นมาก ทางเดินไปห้องก็ไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่เลย ห้องพักสะอาดเกินความคาดหมาย แถมยังได้ชมวิวหอคอยฮาตะจากนอกห้องใกล้ๆ ลิฟต์อีกด้วย

Hotel is on the older side. Rooms are spacious, and affordable for 2 connecting rooms. Cleanliness is passable. Flooring, ceilings, skirting, and towels are worn. Breakfast is basic. There aren't really eateries within comfortable walking distance. Langkawi roads not designed for walking - lack of pavements & rather dark at night - fortunately Grab is relatively inexpensive for us.

good hotel with great location 👍🏻 easy to shop around, but the water heater in the bathroom is not working 😌

The room allocated on the first night requires maintenance. We requested for a change the following morning and the staff were extremely attentive and offered us a better room. The general feel of the hotel is clean and peaceful. Customer service is second to none, and we would like to thank Mr Faiz and Ms Qamarina for their professional support and courtesy during our stay. We have no hesitation to recommend this hotel if guests are looking for a calm, peaceful, friendly and clean hotel in Langkawi.

The manager of the hotel is terrible and impolite , I was trying to explain to him I’m working in Malaysia and I paid the taxes every month . I’m not tourists and whenever I went to all hotels in Malaysia I didn’t pay tourists tax but he made big terrible and argument, and in forced me to pay. Besides, the water heater in the room it doesn’t work and we took the shower with cool water

I recently stayed at HIG Hotel Langkawi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast provided was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. However, I would like to suggest improvements in cleanliness. While I understand that the hotel is older, maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness would greatly enhance the overall experience.  In summary, with a few updates to cleanliness, this hotel could be a gem in its beautiful location!
