El hotel es nuevo y el personal se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones aisladas. Viajamos con persona en silla de ruedas y el hotel está totalmente adaptado. El hotel está en un polígono y no hay nada cerca. No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.

I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. First of 4 hotels on this class trip.’Coming from America with this being my first hotel outside the country I had far higher expectations. The location, is not ideal, quite far from the nearest metro or commuter station. Not really central to Fuenlabrada either. The keypads in the small elevators are a nice touch but they would be better on the outside. Room was much smaller than I expected, seemingly meant for 2 when I had 3. Most American hotels are built for 4. Bathroom was also minor, and breakfast was a bit confusing. The wall outlets are a bit oddly placed. Overall I’d likely stay towards the center if I came back.

Hotel de lo más normal. Todo iba dentro de lo esperado hasta que se nos ocurrió sacar una botella de agua de la máquina. Nos trago 1;50. Le comentamos lo ocurrido al borde de la recepción y su contestación fue que el no era responsable de la máquina que era de un vending y que suele pasar. A lo cual le pedimos una solución, nos dijo que llamasemos al teléfono que ponía en la máquina. El tío un tanto chulito. Le dijimos que por lo menos si estaba estropeada la apagase para que no le pasase a más gente, y nos contesta que no es cosa suya. Por lo que entiendo que se llevará el dinero que se queda la máquina Por los malos modales pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones. Las habitaciones son de lo más normal, colchón duro y almohadas blandas.

Estuvimos una noche ya q fuimos q l warner y l verdad q fue una acertada elección. Habitación muy amplia súper limpia,reformada y súper bonita xa los niños tematizada como un castillo.. les chiflo!!! El baño amplio,limpio y un plato de ducha enorme. El personal súper amable y nos dejamos un juguete del niño y nos le guardaron hasta q pudimos volver a x el. El tema café y cacao gratuito la verdad q un punto a su favor se agradece. Sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable si vas a la Werner ya q está a 10 minutos en coche. Única pega parking completo cuando llegamos xo tb eran las 12 d la noche xo no hubo problema en aparcar cerca.

He ido a algunos hoteles de esta cadena y siempre he salido satisfecho. En este caso NO. Suelo pedir una doble superior, que incluye en la habitación una cafetera con dos cápsulas de café, agua en el minibar una TV grande y algún snack. La habitación 227 para no repetir. El ruido de los equipos de aire acondicionado externos es insoportable. Afortunadamente siempre llevo tapones de emergencia para casos como éste, aunque por supuesto, el descanso no es el mismo.
