โรงแรมใกล้ Abogado MOISÉSในCorredor del Henares

Estuvimos una noche ya q fuimos q l warner y l verdad q fue una acertada elección. Habitación muy amplia súper limpia,reformada y súper bonita xa los niños tematizada como un castillo.. les chiflo!!! El baño amplio,limpio y un plato de ducha enorme. El personal súper amable y nos dejamos un juguete del niño y nos le guardaron hasta q pudimos volver a x el. El tema café y cacao gratuito la verdad q un punto a su favor se agradece. Sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable si vas a la Werner ya q está a 10 minutos en coche. Única pega parking completo cuando llegamos xo tb eran las 12 d la noche xo no hubo problema en aparcar cerca.

Hotel de lo más normal. Todo iba dentro de lo esperado hasta que se nos ocurrió sacar una botella de agua de la máquina. Nos trago 1;50. Le comentamos lo ocurrido al borde de la recepción y su contestación fue que el no era responsable de la máquina que era de un vending y que suele pasar. A lo cual le pedimos una solución, nos dijo que llamasemos al teléfono que ponía en la máquina. El tío un tanto chulito. Le dijimos que por lo menos si estaba estropeada la apagase para que no le pasase a más gente, y nos contesta que no es cosa suya. Por lo que entiendo que se llevará el dinero que se queda la máquina Por los malos modales pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones. Las habitaciones son de lo más normal, colchón duro y almohadas blandas.

There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. He ido a algunos hoteles de esta cadena y siempre he salido satisfecho. En este caso NO. Suelo pedir una doble superior, que incluye en la habitación una cafetera con dos cápsulas de café, agua en el minibar una TV grande y algún snack. La habitación 227 para no repetir. El ruido de los equipos de aire acondicionado externos es insoportable. Afortunadamente siempre llevo tapones de emergencia para casos como éste, aunque por supuesto, el descanso no es el mismo.

Overall a good hotel and a pleasant stay. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room as well as complimentary water which isn't too much to ask these days. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests and there was only one coffee machine meaning there was a permanent queue. There is a small gym which desperately needs air conditioning and would benefit from some music.
