Where do I start… Me and my friend visited for a 4 night child and husband free holiday. We were dubious about what to expect from the mixed reviews but honestly our expectations were more than met and resort is definitely 3+* no lower! Both fussy eaters but managed to find our plates full at every sitting. 1€ deposit plastic beakers were ample but you could use your own if wished to, we just paid for multiple cups instead. Everywhere clean and any issues were resolved immediately. Our room was basic, clean and more than needed with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and the most powerful shower experienced in a complex. Towels changed 3 times in 4 nights. Pools clean, warm (once in) and plenty of sun beds around, never struggled to find empty beds at anytime. Evening entertainment started at 9.30 was perfect for us and we had a great laugh every night! Massive shout out to Michael and Valentine the funniest duo about!! Will miss their antics! All staff work so hard at the complex and deserve credit! Big thank you to Kinga for keeping our beakers refilled with cocktails and spirits, such a lovely person! Will definitely return, either with or without my family. Resort ticks all boxes for a fabulous budget holiday. Missing everyone and everything already from your Liverpool dancing ladies!

Excellent hotel and so clean food good and varied, full English breakfast Pools are clean and quite warm, the whole are is cleaned every day towels changed everyday if left on bathroom floor, if you need anything reception staff do there best to get it for you

Me and my wife stayed here for 9 nights. The small complex is excellent, spacious, clean, tidy and well maintained. Our room was basically a small 1 bed apar**ent with full kitchen, cannot fault it one bit. Maid service is 5 days a week and they are brilliant. All the staff we found were friendly and provided excellent service. The only down sides which in my opinion for what you pay should not put you off are the food which is basic and the plastic drink cups for the all inclusive. But just get a bigger drink cup from a nearby shop and eat out once or twice. I would definitely stay here again, we had a brilliant holiday. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay excellent!

What a lovely little hotel. My sister and I stayed for a week and had no problem getting a sun-bed. The restaurant was clean and the food was always hot, with different meals each day. The staff were lovely. The hotel room was clean and had plenty of room. The beach was 10 minutes from the hotel so went there most mornings for a gentle walk. Went on a ferry to Lanzarote which was lovely. I would definitely go back. All in all a lovely holiday.

We had excellent stay and we felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived the room where kept extremely clean on a daily basis and there was no mad dash rush to get a sun lounger in the mornings The food wasn’t to bad at all with plenty of choice from breakfast to evening meals ( themed nights ) Overall and excellent stay with a very friendly a**osphere.

Great hotel, great location, fabulous friendly staff. Extremely comfy beds, food was adequate and enough to choose from. It is sometimes difficult as a solo traveler but I was made to feel very welcome, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, would definitely return.

My wife, two girls (9 & 5) and I had the most wonderful time staying here for 10 nights. Room was small compared to what we are used too. One bedroom with 2 single beds which were pushed together but honestly could not tell as it was very comfortable and there was no gap where they been put together. Living space had a double sofa bed which kids slept and we had no complaints from them either. Kitchen was fine, not used as we were inclusive but could of easily prepared meals if required. The whole resort was immaculately clean. The food was very good. So much variety and a different theme every night of the week. Plus dinner was served until 21:30 which made supper available, even if unrequired. One main pool, a slightly smaller pool and kids pool all with enough space to accommodate the numbers we saw in there. Enough sun beds were available to avoid guests not being able to get one when we stayed. An entertainer was about from around 10am everyday and was encouraging everyone to get involved in his activities (archery, pool games, darts and the like) Entertainment every night started with Kids mini disco which wasn't great but all children loved it. The family entertainment was brilliant. Magicians, Reggae singer, Acrobats, karaoke, music bingo and much more. The entertainers were all engaged and encouraged audience participation which made the evenings a great family laugh. What really made the stay for us is the staff. Absolutely the nicest people you'll ever meet. Even though they were clearly flat out all day, every day, they made certain that everyone was catered for. Less than a mile walk in to 'town' and around 30 minutes from the airport. The amount of unnecessary money obviously being spent by the hotel to provide what was provided did not go unnoticed and for us, made the whole stay such a lovely experience. Thank you again for such a lovely time.

The hotel staff are away friendly and helpful if you want to laugh by the pool yan from the entertainment team will do that for you the pool bar manned by lots of great people but kinga has a great smile and makes some great cocktails. The house maids do such a great job in keeping the apar**ent clean. The sun beds are laid out very well we managed to get 2 not far away from are apar**ent and used them most of thev2 weeks it's q0 minutes away from the shops but the main shops and restaurants are about 20to 30 minutes away or reception will call a taxi for you that costs about £5.

My friend and I stayed at the arena beach hotel for a week we stayed in room 104 the hotel was clean and spotless the room was lovely and beds comfortable. The food was very nice and we had different cuisines every night the drinks very good. We were all inclusive. The staff were lovely and took great care of us and entertainment was really good all in all it was an amazing girly holiday thank you to all the staff for making it a wonderful holiday I would definitely go again
