Personnel de l’hôtel parlant français, à l’écoute et serviable aussi bien à la réception que du côté restauration. 2 piscines au choix, une plus au calme que l’autre selon les envies.
Grande chambre très fonctionnelle et propre avec vue sur piscine (ou pas).
Hôtel bien situé à côté des magasins, des restaurants et bars.
La nourriture était savoureuse quoique manquant un peu de diversité (j’étais en demie pension).
Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Very poor hotel. My dirty coffee mug was left for my full 5 night duration. There was so many bugs and cockroaches in the room everyday. Wifi, forget about it. You get no wifi connection and they blame it on the winds even on days when there are no winds.

Fabulous hotel rooms really big stayed in D block comfy beds plenty hot water sun on balcony till late - no complaints about food (plenty of choice) or cleanliness of room & about th hotel staff work really hard always doin something really friendly too - pools are cold - th AI drinks are ok wine sangria - rum G&T would definitely come back

We only booked a few weeks before travelling. This hotel is in a great location. The room was large spacious and clean, bathroom is large but rough in places. Would be good if the one bottle of water in the room was replaced daily. We had no issues with getting a sunbed by the pool but then it was November. Now to the food. Hubby is coeliac so eating in restaurants is always an issue, however a word with the chef went a long way. Though the choice wasn't great there was always something for him, and would cook pasta chips etc if required. GF desert available on request. Yes they really do need more staff in the bar in the evening. We never had any issues with staff and the ones on reception were amazing. Especially when we needed a doctor and subsequently a fit to fly letter. Complaint gone in to Jet2 about their total lack of assistance

Not impressed at all. 1 room dated and worn out.shower tray has a big gap at one end ,balcony sliding door hard to open and not secure.entrance door has a huge gap down lock side. 2 pool bar is more like a wooden shack with chairs just plonked where you have to queue to get served,run out of snacks which to be honest are poor too say the least. 3 evening bar was horrendous,10 deep too get served (1 member of staff serving)it had no a**osphere,dark and dingy. 4 on the last night sat in the restaurant having a meal and my partner said there’s a cockroach on the wall next to me,she panicked and moved to the other end of table and another cockroach run across the table,so we left and sat outside,I went back into the restaurant and seen another 3 crawling around where the drinking glasses are stored. Where is health and safety in this place. Can’t imagine what the kitchen is like. If we would have seen cockroaches on the first night we would have left. Don’t use this so called 4 star hotel. Very disappointed.

Lovely clean resort with spacious, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, amazing food and great location. This was a return trip from two years ago and we will definitely be back. The pools and grounds are clean and well maintained and the facilities were good too

The hotel is situated in the centre of Corralejo and is suitable for all, as the area is relatively flat. Our room was clean, airy and cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and work hard. The three sittings for dinner allow for a relaxed a**osphere. We went half board and enjoyed the variety at breakfast and evening dining. Enjoyed the quiet pool as I like to read and relax on holiday.

Lovely hotel, good food, friendly staff, easy to get a sunbed (which really makes a nice difference) animation staff always happy & respectful, Carlo & Nina are an asset to any company, highly reccommend! 👍🏻 will definately be returning!

Brilliant value for money . Clean with spacious rooms and large balconies. Good choice of food particularly at breakfast and lunch. Freshly cooked wood fired pizzas and pasta and a great selection of sweets . Everywhere was spotlessly clean including the main pool although was pretty cold at this time of year . The staff were very friendly and knowledgable . The only negative was around the wifi . It didn’t seem to matter where you were in the hotel the coverage was pretty poor and we all resorted to data . The area around the hotel is really nice with a good selection of shops for all tastes and budgets with a great choice of bars and eating places . We spent a morning at the local beach and the children loved trying to catch the small fish on the shore line with their buckets . Everything was close to the hotel as it is in a great location . I would definitely book to go again.
