We had trouble opening the side door and the room door. We were told that the doors just got used a lot and that we had to be a little rough with them.
That didn't work well. Sometimes we tried 15 to 20 swipes before the door opened.

Front desk attendant was very nice. I hated the pillows. There was hair left in areas in the bathroom.

I loved the night front desk staff- their system was down but they still made check in as comfortable as possible. Very welcoming and friendly, very professional and made me feel comfortable. Breakfast was great and the spacious room very convenient for my family of 6, and nice shower pressure especially after a long drive and needing a nice warm shower amazing feeling, the only thing I didn’t like was the elevator just made normal noises going up and down but still a little scary. But overall, very comfortable and will definitely recommend and return in the future.

I was impressed of the cleanliness and the spacious room and hotel. It would be a plus to have a bar and area for adults to hang out in the evening.

Room was clean, dark at nigh, food was good and plentiful. But walls are thin and hallway noise as well as noise from family above prohibited comfortable sleep

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were clean. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was good. The women at front desk was awesome. I told her my husband and I were there to celebrate our anniversary. She went out our way to put to a small basket with goodies as a gift. We were very touched and grateful to recieved excellent customer service. Now a days that doesn't happen to often. We diffently will be back
