Beautiful historical landmark hotel. The junior suite has very little drawers to store clothing. My toilet was leaking water from the bottom and the writing desk was lopsided. The restaurant, Fontana, their service was slow and uninformative. For example, the breakfast buffet has no apparent omelette station. However, hearing others ask the wait staff, you need to ask the staff behind the buffet station that you want an omelette. The bathrooms do not have an exhaust vent so you will have a foggy mirror after showering. The hotel is very secure and parking is free and there is ample parking if there isn’t a wedding or another affair going on.

TV in room didn't work. Took nearly 2 hours to move us to another room and get keys that worked.
Reception Staff below par. Not happy to welcome guests. No smiles. Icy cold. Concierge very good.
Just tried to overcharge me by nearly $120 and receptionist unable or unwilling to sort out until better people arrive.

My husband and I stayed on New Year's Eve, we were given a wonderful room with a balcony, the room had everything we needed, the reception staff were very friendly. I will definitely come back with this hotel )

Setting, Pool, Golf course are great but Hotel needs a full interior renovation, bathrooms are very old, AC in our suite wakes up the dead. Food in restaurant very average.

The pool was beautiful but cold, the property is very pretty, definitely need balcony rooms to appreciate the property. Check-in and checkout were both tense and I would say unfriendly
