The staff was very welcoming and provided us water upon arrival. The hotel was very clean and well kept. We took a short drive to a wonderful shopping and dining area where we found delicious gelato from Argentina (Freddo). A great area to visit if we had more time.

Cleanest Marriott I’ve been in. Nice breakfast, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Can walk to dining on the MIracle Mile.

Our room was just in front of the elevator which was being repaired starting right at 7:00am. Lots of noise throughout the day not to mention the wait times to get downstairs. The breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming.
The windows didn’t open, the phone didn’t work (to call the front desk), the stairs were inaccessible from the main lobby, the cleaning crew skipped our room’s daily cleaning, etc, etc. If you have other options, please do

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. Very nice and walkable area, excellent parking and a great cafe. Above all, the staff made us feel very special with warm welcome, giving information & recommendations about the area and being very friendly. Would be our top choice for the next trip.

They need to fix the 1 of 2 elevators. A guest that comes every year told us that this happened last year as well. No service elevators for the workers either which was a challenge druing the weekend. Very nice staff however making all gueats feeling warm and welcomed.

All good except the terrible room coffee service. Sweet and Low? Really? Are we in the 70s? Fake cream, terrible. I guess its a way to force you to Starbucks.

We had an amazing stay…the staff went above and beyond with hospitality and was nicer than anything else I’ve seen. The room was comfortable and in a great location.
