Where to Sleep

I have a great time staying here. The hotel strategically located in front of the main station. the receptionist and the housekeeping are very helpful and they also offer early check in with additional fees (not much). I definitely recommend this hotel and will going back for sure the next time I come back to this city. The only drawback is the elevator is still under construction when I arrive, but otherwise are great.

Terrible stay, the cabin was dirty even the blanket. All the structure was very dirty, the shower very small. The position is great, right in the middle pf the city, near the Tivol Park.

Great option if you just need a place to sleep. Location is right next to railway station, though a bit hard to find. Didn't get my door code and didn't notice it until i was at the door. Luckily the support was easily reached by phone and problem solved. Slept in capsule for a first time, which was a great experience. Noice from other guests came through the nibht, especially doors slamming but after midnight it got quiet.

Clean and cosy. Perfect sleeping arangement for my solo trip one-nighter. Right next to the train station too👍🏼 I didnt get my access code by email but the helpline was johnny-on-the-spot and got me my code right away! The pod itself was a bit hot but not as bad as you would think. I’m definitely going here again next solo trip 🤩

Had a few issues with the PIN code for entry: I first didn’t receive the email with the PIN code on the checkin day, so had to call them to be able to get in. They said this could be due to a communication problem with **********. On the day of checkout, I left my capsule at around 7:30am to go to the bathroom, and found that my code didn’t work anymore when trying to go back in… had to call them again to sort it out. Fortunately the issue was always sorted out quickly by phone but I think this problem of PIN codes expiring before checkout should be fixed. Another person had the same problem as me an hour later, and had left his phone in his capsule, so he had to ask for someone’s phone to call them. Apart from that, the capsule was clean, spacious enough for one person, and the experience was very good for the price.

Fremragende beliggenhed. For en bedstemor kom det som en helt ny oplevelse, at alt var så digitalt. Jeg regnede jo med, at vi kan stille bagagen før indtjekningstid. Det gik ikke. Men alt andet fungerede upåklageligt. Ja, det var sparsomt med plads, men alt det basale havde vi da! Tænk, at kunne sove midt i København med åbent vindue og ikke være genert at trafiklyde, det var stort! Meget tilfredsstillende. Husker med taknemmelighed.

Staff did not send us an entrance code. stranded outside for hours. Never got a response from them. A random civilian helped us. Not very clean. Loud surroundings.
