Great service lovely welcome from Annalisa that helps us and take care on everything - breakfast it’s in cafe that is few minutes away- also parking we have a permission to park very close - all was great nice room, lovely area, easy checking and check out

We stayed in the "tabacco" suite on the ground floor for two nights. This was our last stop in Puglia after ten days spent in a trulli, a Matera cave hotel and a Lecce castle, and this was truly a highlight. Our room was incredible - it's basically a small apartment and the bedroom is just gorgeous with a valued stone ceiling and a chandelier. The service was fantastic - Annalisa met us when we arrived and gave us a parking pass to the parking lot just 2-3 minutes walk from the property. For breakfast, we received vouchers to a nearby cafe (5 minute walk) in the main piazza, where we could get freshly squeezed orange juice, cappuccinos and croissants. The location of the property is perfect - super convenient and right in the heart of the lovely town of Conversano. We were pleasantly astonished by the town - it's a hidden gem not yet overrun by tourists where you can get a much more authentic Italian experience. The town was alive all weekend with vibrant nightlife, cute shops and wonderful restaurants. In 48 hours there, we did not run into any other tourists (except at the castle) - a true highlight since every other town in Puglia was chock-full by tourists. Highly recommend this property and this town.

I enjoyed my stay at this B&B. The location is central in the city near a nice beer bar, some cafes and restaurants. Check in and check out went very smoothly. My room was on the top floor and had a nice balcony. The double bed was very comfortable. There was a sitting room, a TV in the bedroom, and a refrigerator. Towels, shower gel, and soap were provided. One small complaint is the narrow shower. Breakfast coupons were provided for a nearby bar. I would not hesitate in staying here again. A good value.

In una cornice deliziosa, Dimora dei Balzi è un'esperienza da provare. Accoglienza unica, camere arredate con gusto, attenzione all'ospite impagabile, ci si sente coccolati e curati. Anche la colazione al bar vicino è suggestiva. Bellissima Conversano e grazie alla padrona di casa! Voto 10 e lode!

Ottima struttura, stanza pulita e molto bella proprio nel centro di Conversano. Per la colazione viene fornito un ticket da usare in un bar vicino, colazione buona. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Localização linda no centro histórico, sem acesso a carros de passeio. Quarto amplo e aconchegante. Café da manhã servido no bar da praça delicioso, serviço de limpeza não tem todos os dias.

Localização incrível dentro do centro histórico, fácil acesso ao restaurante que é servido em Outro lugar super agradável.

Consiglio assolutamente Dei Balzi come alloggio per una vacanza in Valle d'Itria. Conversano è una bellissima città, molto viva alla sera e ben collegata. Dei Balzi sorge proprio al centro del paese e le stanze sono insonorizzate per garantire tranquillità agli ospiti. La suite Alloro è molto bella e spaziosa, oltre che pulitissima. Diverse possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Le sere di Agosto, durante la nostra permanenza, abbiamo dovuto girare qualche minuto per trovare il parcheggio, ma alla fine lo abbiamo sempre trovato nelle vicinanze della struttura.

Accogliente ed elegante struttura nel centro storico di Conversano. Proprietaria attentissima alle nostre esigenze, siamo stati veramente bene nei due giorni del nostro soggiorno in Puglia. La pulizia della camera ottima. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
