โรงแรมใกล้กับ Como City Center, โกโม

The studio was located in the old town, 9 mins away by feet from the Saint Mary Assunta Cathedral and 12 mins away by feet from the ferries' piers. Self check in was possible (though I was offline, so opted for standard check in). Great staff. The studio was spacious, clean, with all the amenities I needed. Bed and pillows were very compfy. Wifi was available for free. Self check out was simple.

We stayed three nights in a room advertised for lake view. The actual view is half blocked by a tree. This is very disappointing considering the images at the website. There was a huge bug on bed sheets and blonde hair noted on towels before we started using them. Lastly the hairdryer was broken. After I requested the hairdryer to be replaced, even though the reception staff said they would do it, it just never happened. Air conditioning was unable to be adjusted and the room gets freezing in the evenings. Overall, it was the worst experiences I have had during my three weeks of travelling in Italy. It was a huge disappointment.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Metropol Suisse-Como.The central location with stunning lake views made the visit even more special. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly caring and polite. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed that the team even remembered exactly how I like my coffee — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking. Their kindness really meant a lot to us. A special mention goes to Elvira, who was wonderfully attentive and polite during breakfast every morning. She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the hotel enough and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!

บริเวณรอบๆ โรงแรมมีอาหาร 2 กิโลเมตร เป็นของใจกลางเมือง คุณสามารถได้ยินเสียงระฆังของโบสถ์กลางทุกวัน ทางเดินไม่ค่อยดี แม้ว่าห้องจะเล็ก แต่สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกทั้งหมดภายในก็ใหม่มาก และมี 2 หน้าต่าง หน้าต่างน่าสนใจเป็นพิเศษ ฉนวนกันเสียงไม่ค่อยดี ฟรานเชสก้าที่แผนกต้อนรับสวยและกระตือรือร้นมาก เธอใจดี

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The bed was great and comfortable. We had the room in the attic. I would say it’s slightly less than what I would have expected for the price given that we didn’t have any windows looking out. The location was fantastic. Super close to the lake and really nice restaurants. Furthermore, the train station was also a 5 minute walk away should you need it. Would’ve been nice if the breakfast was included and/or reasonably priced.

Брал пентхауз ( 65 м кВ ) гостиная , терраса , спальня и ванная .  Так как апартаменты под крышей -косой потолок .  Плюсы : цена! В любом отеле вам предложат номер 12-17 м . , хорошая локация , в пешей доступности все ) и озеро . Наличие кухни и духовки . Кому надо -поймет . Дружелюбный  хозяин . Ванная шикарна ! Джакузи для двоих , красивая душевая для двоих ( две лейки) , биде . Терраса с видом на старину )))релакс полный  Минус - ну если ждете завтрака от хозяина его не будет , лесница крутая . Лифт идет до 2 этажа . На пентхаус надо по узкой винтовой леснице тащить чемодан , но мне помог хозяин

Very good location in front of the lake, nice view from our bedroom. Breakfast was very good, lots of selections. All staff are very helpful and friendly special mention to Ronald, Grace, Jade, Carl and other staff. You made our holiday memorable. A big thank you! 😍

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากและเจ้านายก็เป็นกันเอง โดยทั่วไปน้ํา ชา กาแฟ ผ้าเช็ดตัว และสบู่พร้อม แต่คุณต้องนําแชมพูและอุปกรณ์อาบน้ําอื่น ๆ มาด้วย! มีร้านอาหารใต้โฮสเทลและใกล้ทะเลสาบมาก!
