離熊抱樹莓很近，sol 地鐵站很近，交通方便，吃飯購物的店也很多～附近的景點也很多可以 citywalk 到達～空調效果一般～

Location Good- but do t expect a taxi to drop you off at door. Street is pedestrian only. Close to metro. Poor lighting as most of these old European buildings that have not been remodeled

What to say about Bergantin? Well, you feel so welcomed , so safe, and you are close to everything, as well it is so nice and cozy. It is true that it can be hard to sleep due to the noise from outside, but if you mind that, then do not choose any hotel in Centre of Madrid. Whomever wants to be in the Centre will find it hard to sleep anywhere so please choose something else instead. This hotel has nice rooms, it is clean, and the staff is JUST AMAZING!!!......amazing. I have been there 3 times this year in 5 months.And last year as well was there. Thanks to Cesar, Kati, Javier and a nice cleaning lady. Cannot wait to come back!!!! This is an awesome little hostal in the heart of Madrid. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, pedestrian streets, metro stations, and historical sites. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and although it was a small single room, it had everything I needed including AC which kept it very comfortable. I expect smaller rooms in Europe. Overall a good choice and i would definitely stay here again.

The location is very central—like being in Times Square, including the noise. Despite being on the 4th floor, it penetrates the room all night long—-bottles, glasses, yelling, screaming. Along with that of the neighboring rooms. The hostal is ok for young people but I won’t return

The hostel is located on the 4th floor of a building few mt away from Plaza del Sol so basically the center of the center and this should be a great news but... 1) The room is approx 16 sq mt , it can fit just a bedroom and a very small bathroom 2) The closet is basically non existent . You can just put there a very small luggage and no shelves 3) Below the hotel you have at least 4 restaurant and most of all a pub which is open until 5 AM, and you'll basically have 24/7 people singing , loud, ect. This will happen on every single day of the week, not only the weekend 4) Each single morning at approx 5:30 AM you'll get the noise from the road cleaning plus the trucks delivering the beer.... to the pub! 5) The room , as well the window, is not sound proofed so... good luck with your sleep 6) The sun is hitting the building almost all day, so this means at night it's like Frodo it's about to drop a ring in your room. 7) The A/C it's noisy and due the fact that the room is so small it's basically 1mt away from your bed. Good look with your health To wrap up: good place for a night, but no longer than that!

We stayed May 10 & 11, 2023. It was a great location for walking to many attractions & restaurants. In City center on the edge of Puerto Del Sol. Felt safe. Room was basic and clean. Price was right. Staff were excellent. I would recommend for a one or two night stay.

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and available. Despite some construction in the area, I would recommend it just on location...... downtown in Old Madrid close to Puerto Del Sol.
