I've stayed there two years in a row and have not been disappointed! Very respectful place to stay!!

Glass laying in the parking lot where cars are suppose to park. Staff was very unfriendly except for one person. Floors were dirty and the bathtub would barley drain. When asked if we could have clean towels bc we stayed 2 nights we was told we would have to wait until morning even though we were checking out at 8 a.m.in the morning. Do not recommend this hotel nor would I be a returning customer

The bed was comfortable, but the towel bar was not attached and fell off the wall. The desk chair was broken and missing an arm.

Stairway to upstairs was terrible. I slipped once and my friend fell once. People were leaving their trash/beer boxes outside their rooms which we saw yesterday morning early, and the same trash was there when we left the today. Found a cockroach in our room and one on the ice machine. The floors were not cleaned when we arrived. The base of the toilet didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned. Shower, sink, and shower curtain were not clean. We were there for three nights and we were only given 2 bath towels. Gave us more begrudgingly, but we had to return our used towels to the laundry room. We had a half a roll of TP. No coffee maker. Breakfast was only 6-9 am and the eggs were powdered. Poorest continental breakfast I have ever seen. Not at all I expected from a Quality Inn.

I checked in and saw the room and it was dirty and there were no faucets in the shower. I checked right back out and stayed at the hotel next door. Told I’d get my money back but because they are so shady they never did. Terrible hotel and terrible people. I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

Wr arrived and Had to ask for another room the bed had dirty sheets and blanket.

The room was spotlessly clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished, everything except for the heater and tub and door was new but of the cheapest possible quality and not coordinated or comfortable; beds were too small for two people, desk was a tiny table. In contrast to the rooms, the walkways were filthy and ancient.

The property was filthy. Bed had stains of blood and bed bug droppings. Already contacted ******* about this. We left immediately and had to find somewhere else to stay last minute. I have yet to receive confirmation of my refund on this booking.
