#1. The website states that there was a breakfast available for residents. Not true. I was told that because of 'new' ownership, the breakfast promoted on their page was not available. Now, I picked this place for that reason. I had other choices but that was the primary reason, to have a coffee and something light to eat before I checked out. So I was told a lie. Could there have been a table set up with coffee and donuts? Sure! At least that would have been the property making an effort to show their customers that they care. Instead they let the young ladies working at check in have to apologize to all who were lied to. That, to me, is disgraceful.
#2. One of the two plastic cups in our room was NOT wrapped and had prints on it (fingers? lips?) .
#3. The mattress is of the lowest quality. You roll on it and you can hear it making noise of some kind. Like it was stuffed with hay or straw. How cheesy.
