Friendly staff, but there were computer problems at checkin. We had two rooms and they were quiet and clean. We walked for food, but it was farther than most people would want to walk. We’d stay there again, probably.

No water in sink! Elevators not running this morning. Only gluten free options at breakfast were yogurt and instant oatmeal and couldn’t get hot water for the oatmeal or hot tea. No staff at desk or otherwise to assist.

The staff were very friendly and generous, so no issue at all with them. The owner of this facility really needs to invest some money back into the place - carpet cleaning, window replacement, larger shower curtains, professional painting, odor removal, brighter lighting (indoors and parking lot), etc. This place has the potential to be a great place to stay, if more than just the basic upkeep was invested in. Wouldn't stay here again and would advise others against staying.

I love this room. This is my third time staying here within the last two months. My son attends here at the University. I am near him, and I am across from the mall. The first floor is my favorite. I feel safe and the room has all the appliances that I need to have a comfortable stay. I will return next month. Love it.

Room didn’t match the pictures at all! I knew I wasn’t booking a super nice hotel, but the pictures on the website showed clean, renovated rooms. My actual room had bedside lamps that didn’t work, really old and stained sheets and curtains that looked like they were going to fall off. Super disappointing!
I was worried about bed bugs so pretty much immediately left the room and the staff at the front desk was kind enough to offer me a refund when I explained the situation.

Competitively priced for mid level older hotel. Parking lot is a mess while being reworked. Pet charge of $25 is fair and rooms are clean.

It is good for the price but don't get hopes up. The hotel is in need of renovations. Very run down and near the area are a lot of transient-type people.
